My dad needed an adjustable bed and he's already over the moon with it, amazing product and service from Laybrook.

Having initially ordered a high end wooden one, I received a call within 24 hours to let me know it was on back order for 3-4 months, so we went for the the low end version instead as it was in stock. The difference was refunded immediately and within a week I was able to confirm the delivery/assembly slot.

My mum and dad said the team were lovely, and were incredibly apologetic when they realised one of the fixing bolts was missing. It didn't affect the initial assembly and Dad was able to use it that night, they just advised not to move it until the bolt was sourced.

I received another call that afternoon (also very apologetic) to confirm we'd be happy if someone came out at 7.30am the following day.
The second team we're just as nice, fitted the final bolt with ease and both my mum and dad are delighted with the purchase.

Can't fault the service from those in the office or those on the assembly. I'd highly recommend both the product and the company.

There was an effective needs analysis before any atttempt at achieving a sale.tthe production lead time wasnot excessive. The logistics company employee who serviced the installation was friendly and efficientgave atutorial and took away the old bed (part of the Laybrook servie and reasonably costed.) Most importantly, the bed itself is of excellent quaality.

Besides being the only company to put their prices online the experience I had with laybrook was excellent from start to finish ever person I spoke to or interacted with was polite ,knowledgeable and best of all seemed really keen to help.i would recommend them to anybody without hesitation.

I purchased a mobility bed from Laybrooks. Found them while looking online. They are the only company I found that show prices. Mobility care aid companies never show their prices. I find that off putting.
I dealt over the phone with sales rep Ashley Smith who was very helpful.
I bought a Helston Dual Vertical Lifting Carers Mobility Bed. It is very nice to look at and even nicer to sleep on. The bed is adjustable and has a profiling mechanism as my husband has Parkinson’s.
I can’t fault the bed at all. I went for a memory foam mattress as an upgrade as I am used to memory foam . My husband mattress is a firmer one to help him push off the side.
The heads board is neutral colour that fits nice in my bedroom furniture.
I gave this review 4 stars. The reason for this was I had big problems with the delivery company.
I understand that Laybrroks outsourced the delivery to another company, who I have been told was HSL. The two guys who delivered it were pretty disorganised. They did not have an electric screwdriver claiming someone had “ nicked “ the bits . I had to ask them to tidy away waste packing as it was lol over the public corridors where I live. They messed around for three hours and ended up taking away parts of the bed like the grab rail and side holders clips. Plus they damaged on head board and the headboards were on upside down.😱
Long story but basically they were not professional. Fast forward, Laybrrok were very apologetic and quick to arrange another visit. My home is fours drive for the men. They came to and were very efficient , unfortunately they came without the grab rail the first engineer took away . Plus I had asked for an upgrade on the mattress and that paperwork had not reached them said the engineer who came . So a third visit was arranged. Again a long distance journey for two men who were exceptionally good and did a full inspection of the bed. Good thing they did as apparently the first cowboy who originally put the bed together had not bothered to screw the bed slats to the bed frame. Unbelievable! Anyhow the final visit secured everything was inplace and we are happy with the bed.
I would suggest to Laybrooks . Please don’t use outsourced companies that are not to your high standards. I am an older lady, but have an active body and brain so I was able to watch the original men setup the bed. I saw the dirty hands they had and I saw them remove rubber stoppers to make things easier to fit. I could go on.
If these men are used to dealing with old people who are not able to keep an eye on things. I can imagine they cut corners often. Sp please Laybrooks, get your company better engineers so you do not have to out source .Having been through all that I would definitely recommend the beds to other people as the company were very good and their products are good. Plus a good price.

The mattress was delivered earlier than appointment time...engineer asked if that was ok ...they were polite,cheerful and very quick ,really pleased with purchase from start to finish thank you....Kathy

Initially enquired with another big brand that does home visits, Laybrook came up on a Google search and we're glad they did. Had a great response and conversation with Stuart who did everything he could to accommodate our requirements which was adjustable bed with massage mattress. Little did we know we "wanted a different headboard, in a different fabric and in a different colour 🙄 Stuart was ever obliging and finally after a month of too'ing and fro'ing, we paid a simple deposit. Straightforward price agreed, excellent price for an excellent product Vs competitor, overpriced with manager discount on the day from the other company and a further £1000 discount 2 weeks later. Laybrook had 1 simple price no tricks.

Special order in around 28 days. Laybrook delivered on price, quality and design. Delivery and install on the day we were promised by 2 great guys who again, were polite, friendly and obliging. We love it! Thanks to you all. Trusted retailer.
Can't comment on the 14 day mattress exchange yet, day 1 I had a great sleep 😴 😴 wife needs a softer mattress but this shouldn't be an issue.

It was so easy to make a decision to purchase off LAYBROOK and having the prices as well as the brochure was also a very big help and when my bed was delivered the engineers were very helpful and professional in assembling the bed and also the demonstration was next to none

We cannot recommend Laybrook enough the whole experience has exceeded our expectations, Stuart in sales gave us clear recommendations our bespoke order was ready within 3 weeks including a bank holiday. On the day the driver/ engineer Raz phoned ahead with an eta he helped dismantle and move the old bed and assembled the new beds in about 1.5 hours he was polite efficient and very helpful a true asset to Laybrook

Very friendly helpful staff made ordering process easy. Kept updated with the progress of our order. Delivery was handled well with quick installation and detailed demonstration of various features of bed. Very happy with service provided

Most helpful staff on the telephone making ordering very easy. Great staff making the delivery, neat tidy and very efficient. They fully demonstrated the bed and made sure that I was familiar with the remote control. Having now had five nights sleep in the bed it is comfortable, easy to use an d all that I could wish for.
All this makes up for our previous experience at the hands of Royal Mail which was the subject of our previous review last year, which we now regret.
Having had a brilliant and most informative demonstration on Friday 30th May of a Turn bed we are now ready to order that on Monday.

I had a slight problem ordering on line so rang the Company, Laybrook, and spoke to Alex. He was extremely helpful and efficient and went over the order, discussing & explaining as required.
I was kept informed about the delivery date and it arrived promptly. Lee and Davy both worked hard removing my old bed & bringing in, and building, the new. The operation of the bed was explained in detail and the whole operation was completed very speedily and again, efficiently. Thank you, Laybrook, for an excellent service throughout.

Excellent product (electric adjustable bed), excellent service despite intervening Easter shutdown and a bank holiday followed by roadworks starting on day of delivery! All Laybrook staff were friendly and courteous whether in person, by telephone or email. And of course the bed is comfortable and easy to operate. Thankyou Laybrook

Lovely men kind and polite

From start to finish the service was 5 star we were helped through the ordering with ease and no presure to buy extras. My wife wanted a change of bed color and that was sorted. When we got our delivery date it was inconvenient a quick phone call sorted it out and only a weeks later the bed is here assembled and demonstrated. The fitters were 1st class and showed a great deal of care and consideration for our house on my experience with this company I would highly recommend them

Great service from order by phone to delivery and fitting of a new automatic bed for my father. Staff on the phone, delivery and fitting staff all professional, kind and helpful. They removed his old and broken automatic bed for us which was a great help.
The bed is working well and Dad is happy with the comfort and with the way it helps him to get up and out each morning, meaning he can remain independent.

Absolutely superb from beginning to end - from purchasing the bed at the Naidex event at the NEC, to delivery and everything in between. The sales manager Stu, told us everything, there was nothing hidden and we were asked to provide photos of our stairs so the delivery men were prepared and they were also superb - cannot rate them highly enough, we will never buy another bed from anywhere else.

The service from Laybrook was excellent.

The reason we have given four stars instead of five is because the delivery was not a good experience in fact we nearly gave them three stars because of this.

Their delivery men’s attitude was one of in a hurry and couldn’t wait to get out. We had to advise them how to manoeuvre the beds into the room. Plus they never explained how to adjust the mattress underneath. It was by chance we phoned the shop and they explained it to us. Laybrook made a big thing about we must be available for the “engineer “. It was just grudgingly showing us how it went up and down which was obvious.

Great price with a first class service would recommend to anyone
