I have used the company a number of times and they have always been good. There was a delay with the bed, but delivery was seamless once booked and the installers were fab. Highly recommend

I came across this site on Google, Laybrook.com
To my surprise it's a local company based in Bicester, Oxfordshire.
I called and was treated with loads of respect and professionalism. From this moment on I felt I had hit the jackpot.
They arranged a personal appointment and got to meet Ash, who is lovely and very helpful and supportive.
My parents helped with going through all the pros and cons and although I had seen a bed online, it turned out that there was S9 much more to choose from.
The options were all explained and demonstrated in my visit.
We were provided with coffee, felt very well looked after.
Follow up communications were spot on, not too much just enough to feel that I was an important customer.
I now have my new adjustable bed, and I'm super pleased. The engineers who delivered it also installed it (within the price of the bed, no extra or hidden fees)
I had an hour's notice of the bed arriving and was up and installed within about 40 mins.
All packaging was taken away, and they even took my old mattress away.
These people are the best, and can't rate them high enough in all aspects of my experience with Laybrook.

Try it and you won't be disappointed, a specialist bed and all ordered and installed in less than 6 weeks. Visited Laybrook on 28th February 2025. Bed delivered and installed on 31st March 2025.

The whole process was very good, I was kept informed of the progress of my order and when it would be delivered and installed. The bed is excellent although using it is sometimes a little difficult as a user finding the positions which are most comfortable for your needs.

The chaps who fitted my bed were very helpful, they carried out the assembly of the bed without fault, they explained how it all worked before they left and cleaned up before they left.
The bed is the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in and suits my medicle problem .I would highly recommend Laybrook for price and best parts.

My Laybrook adjustable bed is very comfortable. Raising the head and bottom of the bed is helpful for some medical conditions. Best for back sleepers but side sleeping is ok too. Controls are very easy to use. There is a trial period for the mattress and a 5 year guarantee for the bed. Sales staff and delivery staff were exceptionally helpful and didn’t rush through explaining everything. I’ve only used it for 3 nights but last night I had the best sleep I’ve had in a long time.

We had alot of help in the showroom, Dan was very patient & allowed us to take our time. We travelled a long way to do so but it was worth it.

The bed was available earlier than expected, and was done quickly & easily. We were shown how to use the controls & went over the features. We let the dual mattresses air for a couple of days. We've had the bed just over a week & it is really comfortable. I just wish we had done this years ago! Thank you Laybrook.

I am very pleased with my purchase. Just what I wanted and the customer service was first rate.
I would particularly like to mention the website which made getting the right spec a piece of cake.
I thought I would have a look for a riser/recliner chair and went to that bit of the website. Oh dear dear dear! What ever happened to all that clarity!!

over the past 6 months we have bought 2 ottoman electric beds from Laybrook. A couple of glitches - defective mattress and defective raising mechanism to get to the area under the bed - has necessitated a couple of follow up visits to sort them out.
On the plus side we have found the staff to be unfailingly helpful and constructive which means a great deal.
We are entirely satisfied with the two beds - very comfortable, the mechanisms work well and are very flexible. Funnily enough the best bit is that to get underneath we now have a remote which lefts the entire frame making it easy..
Would therefore recommend thoroughly. You always recognise a good company by how they deal with problems and this one came through with flying colours!

I ordered a bed for my 92 year old Father who was moving into Assisted living and struggled with getting in and out of bed. The bed we ordered is perfect, with the whole bed rising as well as the head and legs, ideal so he can get on and off the bed more easily. The duck egg colour is lovely too. Laybrook looked after me from enquiry to delivery. Every question answered and help given. I am delighted with my bed. The delivery men were excellent and even took away my old bed.
I would recommend them .

Very helpful and courteous over the phone when placing our order.
The guys that delivered and installed the bed were punctual, helpful and polite.
And the call for final payment was pleasantly easy and they made sure we were happy with everything before finalising.

Having been told I needed a hospital bed for my wife (with full raise function and room under it for a hoist) I had to replace our double bed but didn't want a hospital bed. Found the answer with Laybrook who suggested a Helston Vari Height bed coupled with a Ludlow Carers Hi Low bed. I had lot of advice from their Sales Team as several adjustments had to be included to make the 2 beds link together and look like one bed. We are very happy with the beds and the staff who helped (Sales and Delivery Teams) and can recommend them.
