Good value insurance but I am doubting they are even still in business! Phoned multiple times ar different times of the day, no answer. Emailed requesting advice, no reply. Insurance hasn't yet expire... Voir plus

Not the easiest of Insurance to speak too , numbers Invalid, Then waited 45 minutes no answer. Only Renewed policy as was much he same price as last year, and saves chasing up your no claim proof to move on

I have been trying to contact Lexham to speak to an actual person as I have been going round in circles with the chatbot. Awful service. Easy to get Insurance, awful for customer care. Hopefully no-one has an accident and needs to call them.

Cheap quotes but cannot reach anybody…
Cheap quotes but cannot reach anybody for the life of me. Just trying to make my payment after switching my account, called on multiple days, requested multiple call backs and numerous days. Still haven't managed to make the payment and they have the audacity to email me threatening to cancel! If this doesn't get dealt with asap I will be cancelling myself and taking it up with the FOS to claim my own money back. My reference is attached, contact me via there, I will not send an email to the enquires email, as I have done that countless times already.
