Excellent service from Lexham Insurance. The team were extremely helpful, friendly and professional, and dealt with everything quickly and efficiently.

Don't go for this company
Don't go for this company. I have a 125cc Honda vision. Monthly installment is £169. Their customer service is worse than worst. You are on hold for ages. Last time I called I was on hold for 42 mins. Still did not manage to get anybody on call so hung up. Today again on hold for nearly the same time. Just to change bank details and date the premium goes out of my bank account. Worst. I do not recommend this company. If i am 1 month into the policy the they have such bad customer service I am wondering what is going to happen if something goes wrong in the future. When I called initially to get a quote and to set up the insurance there was an option to set up a call back. Now that option is also gone.

High Admin & Poor Customer Services
have been with these for 2 years re motor home insurance, however when it came to renew for 2026, not only was there an admin fee [+others] of £65 taking the total just under £500. Doing an online search i found i could get for £433!
Tried 3 times to get in touch by phone, only to be hanging on for almost an hour, i also tried there online form with no use and finally email, this took 14 days for them to get in touch, so basically they lost custom not only for high admin fees but also customer service.
Update: reply from Lex ham asking to get in touch. Amazing considering how long it took in the first place, [still using same email contact]

What a pathetic broker they are i got…
What a pathetic broker they are i got insurance then on the next morning for some reason i cancelled the insurance or my bike they took 148£ when i keep saying to them that i didn’t used the cover still they charged me and said to me they can’t do thing.

This is going to be my second year using this company. I've had no issue on the first year and when I call customer service I was connected directly to a live person instead of it being a robot of some kind.

Simple matter of making a payment, tried 80 minutes, 30 minutes and 20 minutes waiting on phone, nobody ever answers. Tried different numbers. Live chat has nobody live to talk to. 3 unanswered e mails for callback and unanswered callback request. Don't know if anybody works there or AI company. Terrible unbelievable service.
