Initially Cheap premiums- huge price rises
Initially Cheap premiums, but with no option to auto renew and an obligatory "admin renewal fee", they charge you for providing an admin service that you dont want or need.
Expect to wait over an hour to reach anyone on the phone, and while they are polite, they are ultimately of no help whatsoever as they cannot give any reason for quote surges of over 200%.
While initially the cheapest on the market, they are no longer competitive price wise, and provide a terrible service

The customer service representative was extremely patient, helpful and professional throughout the entire process. She took the time to understand my issue and, most importantly, managed to find an effective solution quickly and efficiently.

Price not great and they speak so fast with so much info you hardly understand anything. Let’s face it, these insurer calls have become a real joke; so many caveats, disclaimers and things they need to read out - you need a phd to figure out what it all means!
