( using TrustPilot works with the a-holes at Mortgage Solutions but the time and trouble shouldn't be our burden they fixed for now after letters, calls emails it took an honest review to get action) Refuse to credit my account with $5,000 principal payment, promises to fix yet they make worse with fraudulent/wrong information that has impacted this Disabled American Veterans ability to use the good credit I've worked for. 80 points off my credit bureau for their false/fake/wrong/unmonitored content.

I purchased a VA home loan with MSF. Within 1 month my severely disabled child and became sick. I notified MSF and had another inspection done on the home. Home should not have passed VA inspection, was deemed hazardous and we were not able to live there. MSF advised me to default on my loan because their system could not access my records until I was in a default status nor could they find solution until default happens. They appointed me a representative that didn't even work there then laughed in my face about the glitch while my child and I are suffering with illness from the home and no place to go. They then fwd me to their attorney. We had appt leading me on to believe in them knowingly putting me into a homeless situation with disabled child and now bad credit cannot find rental when they were supposedly helping they report this to my credit. They then blindsided me and called to tell me they are going to now take my VA home loan rights away that I served for or I pay them for the default= live in a home that will kill us and force me to get an attorney when they gave me their attorney to work with. The damage it's created is shocking. Their promotional video is and advertisements are untrue. They ruined our lives and do not do the right thing but have bad intentions and give unlawful advice steering us down torturous roads we should not have been guided to. Aware what this has done to my child and I and continue to try and come after us take my VA rights away when all I did was follow their advice and believe in their advertisements that they are good nature especially with veterans. They beat us into the ground so badly we cannot recover and continue to come after us until we lay down and take all our rights away. I am being taken advantage of as widowed veteran with severely disabled child needing help to recover from this situation. MSF is doing evil works with us and flex their power with profit. Do not care about the family or what damage they create in the process and advertise themselves as good. Take Caution. Smoke and mirrors....
They are scamming veterans. Veterans leaving reviews on google. They closed the location permanently so you cannot leave review. SCAM

Isa, Anne, and Emilia were great, diligent, knowledgeable, and very professional! I was very reluctant at the very beginning for my own reasons. Isa, my loan officer, took my hand and walked me through the entire process. She explained the process step by step until the end! The working relationship developed between Mortgage Solutions and my realtor was second to none. Isa called and provided me with "Clear to Close"! A few months of this and that led me to a "Home Owner"! Isa followed up with me on the day of closing and days later to be sure "All Was Well"!

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. Reaching someone is impossible and IF you do, nobody has any answers. Supervisors are obviously incompetent but mostly non existent.These people are HORRIBLE

This is my second home loan through mortgage solutions, I had to claim chapter 7 bankruptcy, and I never bankrupted the house, I filled out a reaffirmation paperwork, and they put bankruptcy on my credit report which is illegal, I called them to complain, and they're just a pain in the ass. According to the law, once I sign that paperwork, I am completely responsible for everything. I've never been laid on a payment, always on time. And they won't give me ACH I have to go through all their bullshit to make a house payment. It was easy being a disabled veteran to get a home loan. But these people have lack of training, lack of knowing federal law, and they make crap up as they go. Federal law states you cannot make policies that supersede federal law. And that's what they do. And they won't give you anything to show their policies. Go someplace else do not use these guys. This is the last time I will ever use mortgage solutions. And in a few years I'll refinance and get the hell away from them.

I originally saw their advertisement on Facebook, no FICO score requirement, etc… I filled out the form back in December that I was interested in seeing if I would get approved.

They reached out to me a couple weeks ago, I completely forgot that I even submitted a request. I did the application process and even submitted a letter of explanation. Francisco told me the letter looked great and would work on getting me approved for a VA Loan.

I have not heard back from him unless I call/text first. It’s always “nothing yet” or left on read. I told him if I’m not approved just tell me that as I had originally told him “I know I might not get approved but I’ll try the application process.”

We ended up finding a house we really liked and I felt like I was pestering him with any updates on the approval process, still “nothing yet”, “it takes time” or no response. The house has since been sold. Was listed the day after he contacted me (Feb 6) and just sold today (Feb 26).

Please do not use this company. He is probably trying to hit his application metrics and does not care and leaves you high and dry.

Not a paid actor . I woke up in my own home thanks to this company. I was denied by two other lenders because of 5 year old credit debt . I did not think it was possible to own a home . I seen the ads on Facebook and was skeptical. Is the company perfect no . But I was able to close on my home in 33 days ! So grateful.

Veterans do not use this company. They are complete scam. They will do what they have to do to get paid in their pockets. And they will never help you with any other issues. After that, they only care about themselves and they make thousands of dollars in points on you that other lenders will not do stay clear away from this company.

Writing this as a seller. This company has cost us $10,000 in losses and we're late to close by 2 weeks. Nearly lost our contingency and nearly had further damages. They always have excuses that carry no merit. After talking with the buyers, it was understood that everything going wrong was due to their lender. Expect any statements made in good faith to be broken and to expect financial hardship as a result of lack of performance.
To quote they "do not just jump out of bed to print documents to make sale on time"
If your buyer is using this lender, I would strongly suggest you reject the offer.

This is the worst company. Like pulling teeth to communicate and when they do it's BS. missed two closing times because someone forgot to do paperwork so they had to scramble at last min. Was told we'd close same night. Ended up closing next day after missing first time set for that day. Had a ctc night before and they never sent paperwork to title company till next day and waited 2 hrs after new time that's was scheduled to close. Realtor would be told one thing and they'd tell us another no one was ever on same page with this company

Extremely disappointing experience — not trustworthy at all

I had a terrible experience with MSF Lending - Mortgage Solution Finders, Inc.

Despite having several offers from other lenders, their team kept insisting they could match or beat any offer. I trusted their word and moved forward with them. However, as the closing date approached, communication completely broke down.

I called almost daily, but as soon as the receptionist recognized who I was, I was told the loan officer was “not available.” Then, shockingly, just 48 hours before closing, they demanded an additional $14,000 to proceed — otherwise, I would lose my deal and down payment.

It was by far the most stressful and unprofessional experience I’ve ever had with any lender. I strongly do not recommend MSF Lending to anyone looking for a reliable mortgage partner.

We had the best experience with Darren Patleo, he went above and beyond to get us approved. If it wasnt for mortgage solutions we would not be in our beautiful house. Thank you Darren and mortgage solutions.

My wife just passed away and the funeral expenses were a little more than I had anticipated. Called Mortgage Solutions Financial on 2 separate occasions to ask for a forbearance or postpone 1 month payment and tack on the end to help get my finances back in line. Both occasions I was offered no assistance because I am not past due. I have never been past due and therefore don't qualify.

I was trying to be a responsible customer and take care of the issue before it went too far. Rebuked both times even though they would still be able to collect their interest, in fact more because of the additional month tacked on the end, so it would make them more money.

Makes no sense to treat a good customer so poorly who has just suffered the greatest loss he can imagine. So much for being a good person. It isn't rewarded.

Run at all cost. Ive been fighting them for a couple years to get them to be honest with me. There are payments missing, money gone, they are messing with my account. Im too the point of getting an attorney to keep my house,all they want to seem to do is take advantage of VA loans. They dont care, they lie, steal, and abuse the system that they have to watch people suffer. Then they wonder why we flip out on them. Run, let the company fall hard.

We saw the Mortgage Solutions advertisement and decided to try for a pre-approval letter to start house hunting. In the advertisement, it was stated that VA loans have no FICO score requirements and with a good 12 month payment history one could get approved to purchase a home. I thought great, I have a lower FICO score due to a divorce (4 years ago) but had some credit issues soon after my divorce, but have since righted the financial ship.

I contacted Mortgage Solutions and they were happy to help...at first. I filled out the application and at Don Medina's direction, I completed a explanation letter to explain past credit issues. Don sent me a sample explanation letter and I constructed my letter the same.

I spoke with Don Medina and he said my explanation letter was excellent and he sounded very encouraging. I text and emailed him several times after our initial conversation and he always answered promptly ( I only do text or emails for a matter of record). After about a week with no contact, I contacted him via email to just check in and get a update as to where my application was in the system. Don immediately returned my email stating he was in training and to call him after 5. I replied, sure.

After 5, I emailed him and text him asking if he was ready for a call. All I got was...crickets. No reply, no answer. Giving Don the benefit of the doubt I waited the rest of the week and the weekend before I made another attempt at contacting him. I believed he may have gotten busy or was still in training, and had forgotten our conversation.

The following Monday, I again attempted to make contact with Don via email. Again...nothing but crickets. Don has ghosted me. I can only assume I was not approved and now just a number so the grown ups can pat themselves on the back feeling proud of how many applications they had that month.

What really aggravates me to no end is if I didnt get approved, have the common professional courtesy and guts to let me know. I knew when I applied for the loan there was a possibility I would not be approved. Its okay, im a big boy i can handle it.

I will try again in the near future to buy a house, but it will definitely be with another mortgage company.

After reading the reviews on this site I feel I dodged a feces hitting the oscillating motor moment.

Everything was smooth help was great the staff was very helpful I didn’t have no trouble everything was easy to understand which made this a very successful experience thank you Jared, Alisha and Angie

If you want to buy a house and stick to the schedule for closing, do NOT use Mortgage Solutions Financial! They will delay constantly and ask for documents at the last minute every time you get to closing. Some of the documents are completely pointless auch as a letter from your employer that says the job site is at "x" location compared to the house you are buying. Once you closed a month after your original closing date, you aren't done with their incompetence either, they will ask you for things you sent them well before closing for a second time.

Wish I could put a zero down horrible customer service no communication. Loan officers do not reach out and are lies are told Ben Carter is a terrible intake coordinator.

I'm a disabled veteran of US Army Second Infantry Division.Mortgage solutions is a scam. They can't get you a mortgage in Bankruptcy. Don't believe Jared, Angie and Julianna. They don't tell you all the information. How much it will cost you to get a lawyer to just "file" a motion to try to get an approval. $3000.00 in legal fees. My attorney sees no path in approval when your already in debt The realtor Woodly Paul at EXP realator ordered a home inspection that I had to pay for $500.00. I get an invoice that I had to pay. That the mortgage company ordered! My deposit of $500 (earnest money) Is GONE. The contract of purchasing home is over. They don't tell you how long this process will take and you will lose all the money you invested in the deal to try to get an approval for a mortgage. This has been the biggest wasted of time and money in my life.
