Wish I could put a zero down horrible customer service no communication. Loan officers do not reach out and are lies are told Ben Carter is a terrible intake coordinator.

I'm a disabled veteran of US Army Second Infantry Division.Mortgage solutions is a scam. They can't get you a mortgage in Bankruptcy. Don't believe Jared, Angie and Julianna. They don't tell you all the information. How much it will cost you to get a lawyer to just "file" a motion to try to get an approval. $3000.00 in legal fees. My attorney sees no path in approval when your already in debt The realtor Woodly Paul at EXP realator ordered a home inspection that I had to pay for $500.00. I get an invoice that I had to pay. That the mortgage company ordered! My deposit of $500 (earnest money) Is GONE. The contract of purchasing home is over. They don't tell you how long this process will take and you will lose all the money you invested in the deal to try to get an approval for a mortgage. This has been the biggest wasted of time and money in my life.

If closing on time and working with a responsive loan officer are important to you, I strongly advise against using this company. They consistently fail to meet timelines and show little regard for the impact their delays have on the closing process. Their lack of urgency and poor communication make it incredibly frustrating to get even the simplest tasks completed. As a real estate agent, this has been the most unprofessional and difficult company I’ve ever had to work with.

We had the best experience with our loan officer Amanda Rutherford. She went over and beyond along with loan processor Taysa Tipton. They really made our home buying exceptional experience. We are recommended them to our family and friends. Every obstacle we encountered they were right there to guide us through it. Thank you all and we will be forever grateful.

Are you on the same boat as me? Looking at the reviews thinking you made a mistake going forward with the mortgage application? Well you did not! I believe most reviews that are bad are due to people not submitting the required documents or following up with their loan officer. My Loan officer was Isa Bryant NMLS #2478021. As a first time VA home buyer she kindly described all the steps that we would go through and made sure I understood everything. Even with my really bad questionable credit we were able to work it out in the end. Closed on time and closing went out super smooth. I am happily now enjoying my new home. I believe the Mortgage Solutions Team doesn't receive the credit they deserve. If the questionable reviews have you hesitating, don't anymore!!

Worst company I've ever done business with and I am seriously considering bringing in an attorney and starting a lawsuit. I have never seen such imcompetence and irresponsibility in a company trying to sell you a loan. The employees are extremely rude and if you want your paperwork to be done correctly you should go to their office and type up every single form your self because when closing time comes they are gonna put the fault on you and say that this is what the information you gave them. When you show the correct information with the original email they are gonna say that it didn't go through somehow, never will you get an apology or even a call back when things aren't going correctly. I called several times this week before my closing date of October 1st and no one bothered to call me back all week then when I go to their office I am told that the lender is out of town and is not picking up his phone so no one knows what to do with the closing which is tomorrow and did they bother to leave any instructions for anyone, the answer is no.
This is the second time my closing has been screwed up and vie had it, I'm walking away from this ridiculous sale.
If you would like a good Mortgage company, I would recommend to first check out the companies background with the BBB also a good source is Yelp.
Don't ruin your life, run away

Did not like working with them when they were Morgage Solution. They changed their name and migrated Colorado mortgages to new name under MSF Solutions (same website listed on trust pilot). Their website for customers is very limited, forcing you to call in for even small things which means you’ll be on hold for at least 20 minutes before talking to a person. I contacted them on 8/16 answered all their questions and was told next steps someone would call me back. 3.5 weeks later nothing sat on hold again today when I spoke to a new person they informed me what I was told was wrong and I’d have to start over to get help. I received the same message from 4 different people. “We are very overwhelmed with the change over and short handed. “ Not what you want from a mortgage company.

Horrible company to do business with. My first time buying a home and I have to say, it’s the very worst experience purchasing anything in my life.
The employees (Stephanie @ Raleigh) are rude on the phone, when asked to provide information be ready to do it several times because they are not organized, my closing date got pushed causing to ruin my wedding date because I was supposed to be out of town and no one even bothered to can me and notify about this. This company is the very worst I’ve ever dealt with, on closing date the attorney asked if I’ve heard from my lender that they have left message after message with zero return calls. The home builder the next day tells me the same thing, I call the company and after many tries I get through and guess what, they denied everything. So I guess the attorney and the home builder is lying right? Wrong.
They also stole money from my closing credit that was left over, this company should be taken to court, at the very least they should go out of business.
I urge you to read their BBB profile, you will see what I’m talking about.

Horrible company, unprofessional rude employees, company does not reopen calls and all this leads to closing date being pushed, paper work done wrong and your money being wasted.
If you are looking for a good company, this is NOT the one.
Worst experience I’ve ever had!!!

Mr. Paul Marquis, Mr. Brady Shepherd and the entire loan processing and underwriting team did an outstanding job from start to finish of the home approval process keeping me informed where I was in the process to 'Closure'. Quick turnaround and constant follow-ups with me as a customer made me feel involved and aware the entire time. The team understood my circumstances and did its very best to convey with the builder/seller/realtor and underwriters the entire time. Thank you to the Entire Mortgage Solutions Team helping this military veteran and my Family.

Wow, where do I begin. 2 years ago I had an insurance claim and I had to call the cooperate office to get the funds released so that I can have my home repaired. Now here we are 2 years later, same issue. My roof was replaced on April 25, 2024. The roofing company was kind enough to replace it while we waited on the insurance check. On May 5, 2024, I mailed the check to Mortgage Solutions. It’s now August 12 and they still have not released the funds. I have called several times. 1st they said that they needed to send out an inspector and I needed to be home to sign some papers. I explained to the rep that I work remotely and I’m only home on the weekends. I didn’t think I needed to be home, besides, it’s a brand new roof, anyone can inspect it and see that it’s new. I told the rep that I had pictures of before, during, and after the repairs. She stated that they could not use those. She then stated that an inspector would be reaching out to try and coordinate a time for the inspection. 2 days later, I received a text from an inspector and he said that he’d be calling soon. I responded with an okay. 2 weeks go by and I hadn’t heard from him so I decided to call the number that he texted me from. I was then told that the inspection was canceled by the mortgage company over a week ago. This was nearly a month ago and still no funds. Last week I called and I was told that someone had called me and left a voicemail. I checked my phone, but there was no message. Every time I call, I get transferred and no one answers. Now the roofing company is threatening to put a lien on my home because they haven’t been paid. Fast forward to today. I called today and I’m now being told that a different company is now handling my mortgage. I was told that I should have received a letter. (This was my first time hearing this) she also stated that the funds have been sent to the new mortgage company. The amount that she said the new company was holding was no where near the amount that my insurance company sent me. At this point I’m beyond frustrated and I feel helpless. I don’t have an extra 18k to pay the roofing company and I don’t want to loose my home. Whatever you do, please do not use this company.

I have had nothing but bad experiences with this company since I refinanced. First of all you can never get a US agent on the phone for the house I bought in the US. Also they kept changing my monthly total and when I called to ask why this overseas agent could not even explain it right. I was refused to speak to a US person or supervisor. NOW for over three days, i Can not log into my account, it keeps saying something is wrong and ANY phone number I call for mortgage solutions financial, is either not working on there is a VM picking right up during business hours and not connecting me to anyone. I need to pay my mortgage and I cant even do it, which I am sure will result in fees that they WONT waive that is THEIR issues. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Karen Mass was fantastic. I didn’t think I’d be able to get a mortgage due to my age and it wasn’t easy but she worked so hard to find a product that suited my needs. Very friendly and supportive throughout the whole process. I would definitely use Mass mortgage solutions again and would recommend her service to my friends and family.

Mortgage Solutions Financial is amazing, helpful and responsive. They make sure you understand every step of the process. They will do everything they can to help you get the loan you need.

How nice the team is that’s working to get my loan done. When I applied on line for a get out of debt loan, I had 62 phone calls within an hr, emails and text out the wazooo! After feeling overwhelmed and just ready to give up, I got a call from one last person. Yep, mortgage solution financial. He walked me through all the info I was wanting, gave me a list of all the things I would need to have to move forward. Till this time my loan is not ready yet, but I was pre-approved in a matter of hrs, not days. As of now, he has made a believer out of me and I can’t wait to get this going. Then come to find out they have a whole team working on our loan and everyone of them has emailed me and introduced themselves and told me what part they are putting into my loan. This just makes a man that has worked his tail off since he was 13 (now I’m 52) to earn everything I have ever gotten in my life, it just makes me feel a lot better on how they approach everything. I’m only giving 4 stars as of now because the loan isn’t all the way done. But after loan is done and closed on, I will be back to right another review and give the name of their team.

We have done multiple loans with Mortgage Solutions Financial. This was our latest purchase. They have taken great care of us on every one of them. They truly care about veterans and it shows. I have recommended them to my friends who have had the same service I have.
