Very dishonest business practices. Will tell you to sign their disclosures to keep the process moving. Loan officers are extremely unprofessional. Will request prior CD’s so that they can have something to “work toward”. I went with another mortgage lender, and my closing was 1/4 of what MSF was quoting me.

Loan officer even referred to me as a jack off. I haven’t dealt with them since 2018, but they’re attempting to gain my business after are disastrous attempt to be my mortgage lender that went south with a quickness due to their dishonest practices. Avoid at all costs.

CFPB Notified; Mark Faulkenberry and Robert Stern shouldn’t be trusted.

I recently purchased a home last year. My loan officer was Lisa Booker out of the Mount Juliet ,Tn Branch .She was absolutely amazing.She help educate me through this process from the beginning to the end.She was always available to answer my questions and concerns.Lisa always took the time to check on me after I closed to see how everything was going.Again she's the BEST!!this is something I know not heard.

My client was promised a very specific type of loan and received pre-approval for it in writing. Paul Belli intentionally withheld important information regarding if the loan could even be made, based on the type of loan having limits on how many could be issued in a time period, and promised that once the client got estimates (which took 3 months due to renovation season), loan process could begin. He then proceeded to not only discard the client's information, but has been actively avoiding doing ANYTHING to get the loan done. Clients have spent 2 months chasing down obscure information for this loan they were pre-approved for, just for Paul Belli to deny ever having a conversation about it, despite us having everything in writing. This company trots Paul Belli around as the loan expert and one to go to for special circumstance clients, when he does absolutely nothing and is dishonest through the entire process. Now my client is forced to start from scratch with another lender, dinging credit again and providing paperwork again, not knowing if they'll have a home or not due to the process being drawn out so long. Never use this company for any reason.

I was contacted by Lisette Rebozo who I feel has been invading my privacy, abusing my contact information by emailing me out of the blue. I believe this company to be a dangerous company, doing dangerous things and stalking people like myself. I would NEVER do any business with this person or this company after receiving such emails as I have from them.

They claim to help people get their own house through their financial solutions. However, they'll get you in deep debt, you'll eventually lose your house. They are good in making promises and persuading you into contract with them- even when you really can't afford it. Be wiser than them and walk away.

My husband and I had purchased a house in September 18' thru the CHFA program for first time home buyers. The rates recently went down and it was time to refinance to a lower APR. I had contacted my last Lender Jason Trimbur, as I had a wonderful experience the first time. He was not with the same company but because I trusted him, I was willing to use Mortgage Solutions. I was able to work with Jason and Jeff Rill Branch Manager. Both were knowledgeable and they listened to what I was looking to do. My loan was structured the way I had asked. Due to the type of loan the Refi had special rules and because the rates had not dropped for a CHFA loan in 12 years, it was a new experience for everyone. The only hick-up we experienced was due to the Title Company and I was kept in the loop at all points. The Title Company had delayed my closing and right away Jason and Jeff were working on solutions. My loan forced new rules and requirements for the CHFA Refinance and thanks to Jason Trimbur and Jeff Rill being willing to fight, a CHFA Refi will be easier for others in the future. After all this fighting on my behalf, I was able to close 4 days after the original date which was still within my requested time frame. I will always recommend Jason Trimbur and he is my go to for any mortgage needs!! It was also a bonus to use a local company...Out of state lenders do not understand Colorado programs and they cannot personally go to the President of a program like Colorado Housing and Finance Authority when they need.

Poor customer service that does not respond to client concerns. My loan did not close on time and I was totally disappointed at the kind of services that they offered. Stay away from this company.

This is a sham of a company...promise you the 3% option and very poor communication skills. Triple “B” mortgage be careful waste of time and I’m pretty sure the 5 stars on this site are workers of the company trying to boost their reputation..this is a loan shark by definition trying to scam you of your home time and money.

They do not communicate effectively and you might end up being thrown out of your house. I would not recommend to any person they are so unorganized. They do increase their mortgage payment and their customer care services are poor.

I was late once, and then few months later served foreclosure notice. I had auto pay from account set up, it paid every month, but they were returning my payments, not accepting them. Those returned payments are the reason they foreclosed. No sense. I did not know pymnts were being returned. Anyway, filed ch13 bk to save house, payment plan was set and made payments as planned and they began accepting mortgage payments again. This was march 2018. In dec. I was told the bk was cancled, out of blue. I had been paying bk to court send i thought bk was all set. Anyway, contacted MSF regarding situation and said to continue reg payments, then was later told payment went up, so stayed paying higher amount. Anyhow, been making my payments every month, then yesterday got a 3 day notice to vacate on my door?? I am so completely lost. I don't know wth is going on. House was appraised at 180,000. I owe 127,000. This is digusting to me.

They cheated a family out of there home in cold blood. I heard they fired the loan officer that was working on there case right before the closing and FAILED to notify anyone. Not title not bower lender no one. It put a good innocent family on the streets with a baby infant. They promise over and over that everything was good."Were good for closing the house wont get foreclosed" be veeery werie if you work with mortgage solutions financial.

As a real estate broker, I am a huge advocate for my buyers. When my buyers are dissatisfied so am I. This company is unorganized and lacks the communication skills necessary in a real estate transaction. My clients are very unhappy with what they have experienced. Their loan did NOT close on time, and they were never given any clear straight forward answers when questions were asked. There is nothing systematic about this company's process. My clients have A1 credit, a very strong financial profile and should have never been taken through the ringer the way have been! Buyers be aware and run the other way!

I was well treated by the staff at Mortgage Solutions Financial all through the process. For the most part they were on top of what needed to be done. I ended up paying for the tie down report which I though was in my loan. Also the cards still had amounts due upon closing. I still would recommend Mortgage Solutions Financial to someone if they were interested in financing or refinancing a home. They would just need to stay on top of the payoffs.
