Great customer service. My loan officer up to one of the organizations VPs were in contact with me and got my loan approved and closed in less than a month. After dealing with a lender who made my life a living hell, Mortgage Solutions was top notch and did everything that they said they would. Totally impressed!!!

I can’t say enough great things about Michael DeMorato and Nicole Callaway. I’ll be honest here. I went in with a low credit score in the 600s and got approved at 250k. Ended up with a 210k home and have been here a year. We started out at 5.1% apr and refinanced through them with the IRRRL at 2.5% 8 months later.

Communication throughout the process was key. Nicole is a superstar! I will say though that you need to do your part. Be upfront with them and get them what they need as soon as you can.

If you want a team that will work with a Vet and not BS them then go with these guys. Be ready to work though and trust the process.

So I called them last November ish to get some information about the VA home loan they offered. Got some good information. More than I had from other mortgage companies. So I called back up in January to get the ball rolling. It started out ok. I’ll admit I had issues getting Kori the documents. Between my email putting her emails in the spam and being busy learning my new job and school. The problems started coming around when she got snippy with me about not getting the documents to her. And that was the issue with my email. Sent her screen shots. And on the day prior I sent her information on a house and asked to run the numbers. And she said I was good to go to put in an offer. And she ended up sending a preapproval letter for 230k to the realtor so I sent in screen shots of what I could. So fast forward to today, I had sent her an email about a house asking for her to run the numbers for me. I had accidentally not put the address in I guess. So I sent it again. And she came back and told me she couldn’t get me approved for 240k. Even though back in January when she ran my credit and got my information. Said I was preapproved for 240k. And after telling me she couldn’t get me approved for 240, tells me I need to stay around 230k to 235k. But again says it’d be very difficult to get me approved for even that. The same excuse every time was it would put my debt to income too high. And they more than likely wouldn’t approve it. The fact she said one thing and and come to find out, what she told me. Has been a lie this whole time. So it’s honestly a good thing my offer on the first house didn’t workout. Because my luck would of been me loosing my earnest money and other funds for the inspection and appraisal. So I probably would have been out $3,000 plus. She has been dishonest since the beginning. And after reading reviews of mortgage solutions. I should have looked there first and saved the heartache and stress.

Cold called my wife at 20:10 of an evening.

If it was possible to choose a negative amount of starts for a rating, I absolutely would! This company has had the paperwork for THREE MONTHS! They knew the closing date and gave us the run around every time they spoke with us or our realtor. They delayed the purchase of our dream home because of negligence. We have been told that we “might” be able to close on our current home five different days. We have taken days off of work because we were told we would be able to close one day, just to wake up and find out it wasn’t going to happen. There was no truthful information given, just a run around. Absolutely awful service! Dino has done an awful job and not been helpful or productive.

Do not!!! I say again do not!! Use these sharks! They will prey on unknowingly costumers. During a pandemic they still foreclosed my family. They always have us the run around! The worst "agent" Leanna Hardwick lied to us and wouldn't let us refinance. Also wouldn't reply to our text, calls and emails. Told us she was out of town but then we personally saw her!

Valerie Boughton and the team at Mortgage Solutions Financial really went the extra mile to help get us into our dream home. They can take any difficult situation and insure that they do their absolute best to get your loan approved. My hats off to them for the hard work, never say die attitude and exceptional attention to detail.

I’d give them zero stars if I could. The entire process was a nightmare. We started working with MSF out of Colorado Springs and was transferred to one of their North Carolina offices since we were planning to purchase our second home there and selling our current home in the springs. The initial preapproval process went super smooth, but once we got into underwriting it was a complete cluster. We worked with two different people, Jean Beauchamp and Tim Delgado, both of whom must have had pull to get their jobs to begin with because the level of incompetence was astounding. We had to resend the same documents at least 2 or 3 times because they kept getting lost and “not saved to their system”. They also missed cutoff dates for documents that’s needed our signature and each time, blamed it on us. We would never receive the emails, we’d call and text them both for updates (as we were traveling across country to make sure we met their deadlines) and it was always radio silence until the cutoff time was missed and they didn’t get what they needed...all because they wouldn’t send it to us!!! They told us we owed $6k at closing, and we signed a document saying so, only to receive a nasty text message 3 hours before closing stating that we actually owed $9500. We we disputed that this was not disclosed to us at all (even after speaking to Tim’s manager twice due to the level of disrespect we got from him multiple times when asking simple, clarifying questions) and that we couldn’t just come up with $3k in less than 3 hours. Well all we got was a series of nasty texts and emails saying how this is all our fault, we knew what we had to do, etc.. Tim was the most unprofessional, arrogant, and self serving person I’ve ever had the chance to speak with in my life. Anytime a question was asked, he would rebuttal with how he knew better and he’s been “doing this for 25 years”. Yeah well you’d never know it because he is a complete moron. After closing on August 28th, we received 2 letters that our homeowners insurance was going to be cancelled due to non payment and our city taxes were owed, both of which were paid at closing. We reached out to both Tim and Jean and no response from either. Called the main headquarters to get more info and the customer service woman said she couldn’t help because our loan still wasn’t complete and was “still going through the process”. I finally got it straightened out with the agencies themselves but still nothing back from Tim or Jean. I would NEVER use these people again in my life!

When Mortgage Solutions took over my loan, They paid my property insurance out of escrow twice. That began 7 months (so far) of phone calls and promises from them that they will get it straightened out. Now, it's gotten to threats of forclosure and damage to my credit even though I've paid my monthly payments every single month. I haven't, however paid the increased amount due to their mistake and that's why the threats. I can't wait to see them in court and see what the judge will have to say. People have had their mortgages written off by judges due to lender malfeasance. I'm not planning on it but that would be nice. I had no choice when Mortgage Solutions took over my loan but if you do, DON'T USE THEM EVER!!!!!

Difficult deals to easy deals , Mortgage Solutions has always come through . I have referred to many clients and I will keep doing so .

I am currently working with this company and the after the reviews I have read I know firsthand these people are not lying. I have been asked twice to send the same information to them and then it's weeks or months before I hear anything back. I was talking to a co-worker about them and he said they did the same thing to him and this man has no reason to lie. I have tried to be patient and understanding with them but after my experience so far, reading these reviews, and what my co-worker told me I'm done with them. I'm taking my business elsewhere....

If I could give them negative stars, I would. We applied for a refinance through a local loan broker in Arizona (FHA) in April. We received initial approval from them right away. When our file went into underwriting, the nightmare started. The underwriter would take weeks to review a small item, approve it, then add an additional item. This dragged on for months. They missed our target closing date of June 28. Took another month to re-underwrite it and missed the end of the month cut-off, requiring us to make an additional end-of-month payment to our current lender, which started the underwriting process all over again. When they finally cleared our loan for funding, they used an incorrect payoff amount (off by almost 7 grand) and wired the wrong amount to Title. They then had to start the loan process ALL OVER AGAIN. At the end, I had to call, email and follow up daily to get someone there to stay on the ball and get it done. They once again missed the close-off date at the end of July, then again at the end of August. Our loan finally funded on September 1, a full five months after we started the process. This is the 6th mortgage I have signed for in my life and I have never dealt with a company that is less accountable, more disorganized and more unprofessional than MSC. Stay far far away…. Honestly… I would sign with a loan shark before ever using them again.

I'm working with them from March and we can't get us closing date last 5 weeks they keep saying next week

Very long process to refinance my home,(4mos),
wanted to pay off student loan and car loan, company missed
pay off amount on both pay offs. One was over $400.00 short,
the other was $330.00 over, this was after checking 3 time with both company's
When I question these issues with the loan officer, he replied that it was
not their fault.

The most dishonest and disingenuous company in Colorado Springs. BAIT AND SWITCH CLOSING TACTICS. RUN!! NEVER will you get a phone call or return response during business hours! They are horrible to military families.

I signed documents to get the preapproval process going back on April 8th. It is now June 6th and I don't have a clue where I stand and I feel like i'm being strung along. My loan officer hasn't been communicating with me at all, even after being told "good news" on several occasions. This has been dragging on for 3 months, despite my very quick turnaround sending required docs (same day or next day). I'm frustrated.

Avoid the Colorado Mortage Solutions Financial (specifically Jayda Matekovic) at all costs. This is a place that will string you along, zero communication, and treat you with little respect. It isn't worth the hassle to deal with a lender who is not honest from the get go.

Recently had the pleasure of buying my 5th home. My contact Dee Hughes of Mortgage Solutions in Raleigh North Carolina was exceptional! This was the easiest and quickest process I’ve experienced. His knowledge and expertise in processing veteran loans was commendable. His assistant Melvis was also very helpful. Contact on the weekends and after business hours was never a problem although I tried not to abuse the contact. I would give the company 5 stars but there is always room for improvement 😇. I would highly recommend this company and thank everyone who was involved in processing my home loan!

David Dustmann with Mortgage Solutions Financial was absolutely pleasure to work with. He was attentive to our needs and extremely clear as he guided us through the process. David worked hard to meet and exceed our expectations, even answering our calls late into the evening. Another thing we appreciated so much was his weekly video updates, our transaction was handled electronically, so putting a face to the name was a nice touch! From the pre-approval to the day of closing (which he worked to get it done 2 days early) felt almost seamless.
