Booked a Med cruise on Explora with Panache. Super Easy to book and very helpful Rep: Joe Hawkins

My first cruise and Nicola and Panache couldn't have been more helpful and patient. Nicola was very knowledgeable and patiently and expertly guided me every step of the way. Thank you Nicola, and Panache.

Sadly my experience was far from good for our holiday taken this May. Panache were given a £4000+ discount from Windstar of which none was passed on to us even though we had booked 2.5yrs ago. Not even given the 5% due as our 2nd cruise with Windstar. Even though quote was given 2.5yrs ago constantly asked for more money. We had to save very hard for this once in a lifetime cruise but that didn't seem to matter. The Sales Manager did not even have the courtesy to speak with me on the telephone, only by email. He even said that normally they would make more profit from us! Absolutely disgusted. Could not cancel the holiday as still would have lost our £2000+ deposit. We do not have pots of money to dip into, those who do maybe don't notice these things. To make it worse, we tried to book a holiday with Windstar this year, forced to go through Panache and then to find they tried to charge us thousands more again. Appreciate tour operators have to make money but this amount is obscene.

Lisa made the whole experience a good one. No pressure. Very cheerful and helpful. Friendly and knowledgeable. Efficiently found us the right cruise. Now looking forward to our cruise. Service was above expectations.

Booked a cruise months ago. We are now on our 3rd "cruise specialist " and getting no support. If Azamara had not contacted us directly we may have lost out on airport transfers. No one from Panache contacted us nor forwarded the emails.

Jacob was our first point of contact with Panache cruises and from that initial email to finally booking our 1st Crystal cruise he was extremely helpful, friendly and very enthusiastic. Passing on heaps of knowledge that was both informative and backed up by several calls he made to the cruiseline on our behalf.
He managed to apply several cruise line offeres and extra perks to our booking which we wouldn't have received had we just booked direct with the cruiseline. Going forward, I will happily put my faith in Jacod to find us the best cruise package as we continue to explore the more luxury lines. Thanks again Jacob.

Prompt and efficient service. Our agent was called Lisa Buckley and she was excellent. She listened carefully and provided exactly the information we required. Although this was our first contact with Panache Cruises it will certainly not be the last. Highly recommended.
