Great customer service
My wife and I would like to express our thanks to Nicola at Panache Cruises. Great customer service, all options we asked to be considered were explored in full along with great advice from Nicola on other options. Friendly advice and a real desire to construct the best itinerary for us at a value for money price.
Our Feb 27 cruise will be our 2nd ever and we know who to contact for our next!

Brilliant company to deal with.
I would highly recommend using Panache for booking a cruise. We have now booked three cruises with Nicola as our contact, who has got us the best price on each booking, and is always efficient, responsive and lovely to deal with.

Susan at Panache couldn't be more helpful. Nothing was ever an issue and she sent through numerous quotes and options as we tried to work out as a group the cruise that best fitted in with our group and our dates of travel. Simply excellent service and I would highly recommend Panache Cruises

Roxanne is the Best TA at Panache!

Nicola went the extra mile ............
Nicola went the extra mile to find us exactly what we wanted for our Douro river cruise. She always responded quickly, even when "out of office" and the process happened quite quickly because she listened and responded to what we wanted. Well done and thanks! (We just need to enjoy the cruise now!)

We were looking for our Luxury Holiday…
We were looking for our Luxury Holiday to celebrate my wife's 75th birthday and our friends recommended this Scandinavian Cruise by Cunard with Panache Cruises.
We contacted Panache and emailed Jill Hurst and the service she has given us has so far been first class.
We finalised our booking over a telephone call and all our questions were answered and requests sorted in a friendly manner and also the transport to Southampton arranged.
Jill will most certainly be contacted if we need any more information.

Nicola was excellent to deal with when booking my first cruise with Silverseas. She was very informative and easy to call even when she wasn’t working she would get in touch if you needed anything.
I had put in a couple of requests to different companies for information about the cruise, it was Nicola who got in touch quickly and sorted it all out, also with a good discounted price! If all goes well with the cruise I would definitely book through Panache and Nicola again
