Travel With Panache!
As a rule we book vacations ourselves but on this occasion we browsed for a River Cruise agent and Panache popped up. We are very glad they did! We were able to contact Nicola ON A SUNDAY!!! Nicola promised to get us the information we required and call the next morning and she was good to her word. We were more than happy to book with Panache and look forward to them handling our cruise vacation(s). So far so VERY good.

Fantastic service
This was our second time booking through Nicola at Panache Cruises. Nicola certainly went above and beyond with helping us get our ideal cruise experience in our first booking so didn’t think twice this time around. The prices seem great value as well so even better! Okay, so this isn't exactly a 'cheap' cruise but we do assume that for the money we will received an exceptional experience. The lady who facilitated our booking was most communicative and pleasant. She made it easy to make the decision to commit! Anyone that is engaged by her is assured of good service.

What a find!!!
After a very disappointing experience with another travel agent I was so happy to discover Panache! I found the agency quite by accident but what a find! Nikki has been so helpful in arranging our vacation doing so much of the legwork for us. I’m used to doing my own research and logistics, what a pleasure to have an experienced coordinator! This will be our first cruise with Panache but it likely will not be the last.

Helen Fensom - Superb!
Helen is always extremely responsive and takes time to understand our needs. She has in-depth knowledge of all the cruise ships and plans everything down to the last detail, from the best location of the stateroom through to top and tailing our trip with transfers, hotels etc. She responds promptly and has excellent personal communication skills. Highly recommend.
