We offer a credits-based pricing system whereby one course equals one credit. The cost of credits decreases as the number of credits purchased increases. This is demonstrated on the slider which you can see if you move it across from left to right. As per the slider costs are as follows:
1-9 credits: £9.49 plus VAT per credit
10 - 29 credits: £8.49 plus VAT per credit
30 - 49 credits: £7.99 plus VAT per credit
50 - 99 credits: £6.49 plus VAT per credit
100 - 249 credits: £4.99 plus VAT per credit
250 - 499 credits: £3.99 plus VAT per credit
500 - 999 credits: £2.49 plus VAT per credit
1000 - 1999 credits: £1.99 plus VAT per credit
2000 - 4999 credits: £1.69 plus VAT per credit
5000+ credits: £1.49 plus VAT per credit
For purchases of 500 or more individual credits, we offer the option of spreading the cost in equal payments over 6 months or for purchases of 1,000 or more individual credits, the cost can be spread in equal payments over 6 or 12 months.

We are very sorry to hear that you feel access to the courses is not clear. Access to the courses depends on whether you have set up an account for yourself or whether you have been allocated training as an employee of an organisation.
If you have been allocated training as an employee you will simply receive an email informing you of this and then need to click on the link within the email.
To enrol yourself on a course within your own account, please follow the steps listed below:
- Log into your SCTV account
- Select your name from the list of ‘Active Trainees’
- Click on the ‘Enrol on a new course’ tab and a list of the courses available will be displayed in alphabetical order
- Using the tick box, select the course you wish to take
- Scroll back up to the start of the list and select the ‘Enrol on 1 course’ button
- Choose the option ‘Review your courses’, to return to your training page
To start the course using a computer, please follow the steps listed below:
- Select the number displayed under the ‘Current Courses’ column
- This will direct you to your training page, where you will find a list of courses you have enrolled on
- Each course will have a 'Start' button to the right-hand side of the page
Accessing your account using a smartphone or tablet:
- Once you have logged into your account, select 'Active Trainees'
- Click on your name to be directed to your training page, where you will find a list of courses you have enrolled on
- To see the 'Start' button, either rotate your phone into landscape mode or click directly on the course title
The SCTV menus are optimised for mobile devices so you will not see all of the menus or options whilst your device is in portrait mode.

Best learning experience by far. I have been using Social Care TV for…
I have been using Social Care TV for several years through my employer and found each module extremely informative, with the video element easy to follow and practical. Being on long term sick I have decided that my learning updates require keeping up with, so I have recently contacted Social Care TV to request how to do so. With a very quick response, almost immediate, I was advised of what my options were so that I was able to make decisions on how to follow that up. I have now purchased credits to enable me to carry on my learning process which I am very much looking forward too.
