What needs to be improved is delivery times. Took nearly 4 weeks to have the contacts delivered. My son had to go around 2 weeks without contact lenses.

Staff are friendly and very professional.
Glasses are of excellent quality.

Ayah & her team at Specsavers in Botany are fantastic. I’d scratched my eye when pruning a lime tree; a local A&E prescribed an antibiotic that I appeared to be allergic to. Ayah went out of her way to explain exactly what damage was done and the risks/dangers for recovery before researching alternative medication. They also prescribed lubricating eye drops (which A& E hadn’t) explaining if the eye is dry, there’s a risk the eyelid can remove the delicate healing cells. I was asked to book a follow up to ensure the eyelid was repairing & not affected. So pleased I did. Such knowledgeable, professional, friendly, helpful and compassionate staff with humour (in the right places) too! Can’t recommend the team highly enough. Know it’s a busy practice so you have to wait, but well worth it.

Great experiences on getting my complicated prescription done with the friendly help from a very professional team at the shop. Highly recommend this store in Albany Westfields.

I like using this self order service even though I may not use it often. I like how it stores what I've previously ordered, as I have terrible with my memory of the necessary measurements of the contacts I use.
I received the new lenses pack relatively quickly.

I was looked after by Hillary at the Botany, Auckland store. It was Hillary who helped me two years ago and was I fortunate to have her look after me again.

Hillary is a tremendous asset to Specsavers. She is extremely personable, welcoming, enthusiastic and helpful. She has the ability to listen to my needs, navigating the minefield of options and frames. Offering excellent and thoughtful advice to me in my 50's, at a stage where confidence in making the right choices can sometimes wane.

Hillary has a brilliant future ahead and made my experience once again feel effortless.
