Easy to order a repeat prescription of contacts

The eye check this time was 'rushed' ! May be because they were very busy when I came. I felt like being treated as a product instead of a human being ! Plus they messed up one of my eyeglasses ! They gave me the wrong color and the other glass was very loosed ! (had to be adjusted 3 times !) Haven't really worn it yet, so don't know how they will perform. Will give an update some other time. I am considering going to other store next time. Profit before their customers' needs ! NOT recommended !

Great Service and understanding from the staff and no problem with the order.

The staff were all helpful, the optometrist efficient and had good listening skills, offering me what I need to make my work/life use of glasses user-friendly and the links to shop staff relevant.

I appreciated the shape tip for my face.

I would like to see an option for the updated lenses to be slipped into my current frames without the hefty price tag, however costs are astronomical in many areas these days.

I disliked the fact that senior people are disadvantaged to being tested under the so-called health and safety issues. It appears one chair fits all is not appropriate.

Plus I booked for an eye test but felt I had no option to complete a hearing test

before coming in was so scared but upon arrival I was greeted so warmly and the team were so polite I think they knew I was very nervous ,the lady made the process so nice even though I was scared at first I was reassured I was in a safe place and im super grateful for the team the help me heal my eye and were also very good at making sure I knew exactly what was happening and how to handle the treatment , I got home and I was still blown away at the service I got i went and took some sweet treats back in for the staff to enjoy, the were so appreciative and at first wouldn't take the sweets because they said its just part of the job. ive been many places and never had the same treatment I received here. im so grateful for the experience and happy for specsavers that they have such beautiful mannerd and genuine employees

The staff were very friendly and supportive. They took the time to understand our needs and helped us choose the right products.

I also ordered contact lenses through the Specsavers website, and the ordering process was simple and convenient. The only difficulty was identifying which contact lens was for the left eye and which was for the right eye when each eye had a different prescription. Making this clearer on the website would be very helpful.

It would also be great to see more affordable prices or special discounts for students. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would recommend Specsavers.

Not satisfied with the glasses what I purchased. I required a glasses which can be safe to drive, but the glasses I received was not what I expected with no sun tint.
