Easy to book and get the answer i needed.

5 stars is not enough. It should be a 10! I came in to Specsavers Papakura yesterday afternoon as my glasses hit the ground and one of my lenses came out. I have progressive eyesight and really need my glasses. Jen got me to sit down and relax while she kindly and expertly repaired my glasses at no charge. I was more than happy to pay a fee for the repair but it wasn't required. My glasses are better than ever. Anytime I have come into this store, the staff members have been so nice and helpful. I will continue to go back for eye tests and glasses and recommend this store to anyone I can. Thank you. 😀

What can I say what a great team of people couldnt fault the service received.
I received a call from Julie yesterday morning saying my glasses had arrived in store .Sent by courier to my address in Westport overnight received early this morning.
Highly recommend Spec Savers Richmond Mall Branch .

I had a great experience at Specsavers New Lynn. The optometrist was professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly, making me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. The staff were also fantastic—they quickly booked me in and were friendly, efficient, and helpful from start to finish. Excellent customer service all around. Highly recommend!

The staff in Napier are very caring and helpful and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. They worked around my disability and made it so much easier for me. I’ve been there twice now and have been treated incredibly well on both occasions. Their prices are so much cheaper than I’ve been paying in the past and they have a good range of frames to choose from too. I would highly recommend them.

FRIENDLY AND EFFICIENT STAFF

Turned up 15 min early for my appointment, waited 45 min in the shop at Chartwell, went to the counter to remind them, got told I have missed my appointment as I didn't come back to the counter at my appointment time, what a joke.
Emailed them twice over the last 2 weeks and just got absolutely no reply whatsoever , please don't tell me to submit this somewhere else like all your other replies, Specsavers Chartwell you suck and I wont be walking into another store ever!!!

Staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. A quick process with them all being efficient in their roles.

This morning I went into Timaru specsavers and was greeted by Hey. My glasses had a broken arm due to my dog getting my glasses. She very quickly found a pair of frames that fitted my lenses perfectly. She was so helpful and solved my issue very quickly . One very happy customer thanks again Hey.

Eric, Maka, and Hilary, I just wanna say they were all perfect. This was my first time getting my eyes checked and getting a glasses, it was surprisingly comfortable and their energy is just top tier. At first I thought it would be awkward, but as the conversation grew, they were enthusiastic with their jokes and stories. Love Maka for his jokes, Hilary for her stories, and Eric for his calm aura!

Pretty average delivery time and so I ran out of lenses. Wouldn't use again

Specsavers the store always awesome every step of the way. Ordering contacts for them to then come from AU was dissappointing!
