My goods arrived quickly
My goods arrived quickly. Unfortunately the box was badly damaged when it arrived. On opening a couple of bags of puffs a lot of them were damaged. After a message to them a good result was agreed. Will definitely use them again x

I haven’t received my order for more…
I haven’t received my order for more than a week, after I tried to contact them several times, they refund me without answering and explaining where is my order. Not even today I haven’t got a response from them. They wasted my time.

We completely understand how upsetting it must be not to receive your order on time and then not get a clear update right away. Unfortunately, we experienced an unexpected delay from our shipping partner and were unable to fulfill your order within the promised timeframe. Rather than keep you waiting without clarity, we decided to issue a full refund proactively.
That said, we absolutely should have communicated this to you sooner, and we take full responsibility for falling short on that. Please know that this is not the experience we aim to deliver, and we’re taking steps internally to improve both our response times and communication.
We genuinely regret the time you’ve spent dealing with this, and if there's anything we can do to make up for it whether it’s a discount or a replacement we’re here to help.

Order cancelled with no explanation.
After placing the order and receiving confirmation, I then received a refund email with no explanation whatsoever. Crap communication, would not recommend.
