Ordered a knit sweater half zip, really comfy and its got a nice feel to it. I usually size up by 1 when ordering but i decided to follow the size guide and it fit me just right.

The fabric used is polyester / synthetic. If you want to return an item for a full refund, the customer service is SLOW to respond AND you have to pay to ship the item to China (~$40-$50) AND there is still no guarantee that it will arrive so you can receive a full refund. I do not recommend from this company.

Update 10/10/26: The company was more responsive to my email after I wrote this review (should it even have to come to that, though?) and worked with me re: this product. I am updating my rating based on a favorable resolution but I stand by my review that the product was not great quality and that customer service is very slow to respond.

I am absolutely appalled at the jacket that was sent to me. I measured my son and went by their measurements and even had a seamstress check them. The jacket won't even fit me and I am a very small-framed person. The quality was pathetic, paper thin material and low quality fabric. I will never again buy from them and suggest no one does. Also took 2 months to get here. Now I have to last minute find a decent coat. They are absolutely ripping people off and a scam. Jacket looks nothing like the photo!!

The lining is soft and they are properly warm. Took a couple of days to break in but I didn’t get any blisters after that which is rare for me.

I purchased a jacket advertised as suede. The jacket did not even resemble what was advertised and the label indicated it was 95% polyester. I refused to pay the $50 return shipping to their international returns center after several email exchanges with customer service and filed a case with my credit card. I was refunded by my credit card provider. The world is aware of this company.

If I could give zero stars I would. Before ordering a dress, I specifically checked the refund policy. It stated that the cost of a return would be absorbed by the buyer and would typically cost between five and $10 Australian. This equates to seven dollars US approximately.

When I received the item 3 weeks after ordering, not only was the product not as pictured, but the quality was extremely poor, thin and not even the same length as indicated in the picture. The dress was supposed to be maxi length or to the floor, and it ended up being more of a tunic.

I have now corresponded with the returns department on several occasions and they are now asking me to send my return to a Chinese address and it will cost me almost equivalent to what the the dress cost me originally

I would definitely not recommend this brand to anyone. They are misrepresented on the website as to what the refund policy and the quality is extremely poor.

The suit was cheap crap and did not fit, even though their size guide was used. Free returns do not include the $50 or more for return shipment. Do not buy from them.

The hooded jacket does the job on chilly mornings, the zip is smooth and the hood is decent. That is the main thing I wanted from the hooded jacket, and so far it has done it without creating any extra fuss.

I wish I could give this company zero stars. This is a bait and switch scam. They post high quality photos of clothing and shoes. I bought 2 shoes and 2 jackets and it was the poorest quality I’ve ever seen. I emailed them to return and get a refund and they sent me back an invalid address which was listed on Google as an a scam address by the Better Business Bureau. DO NOT SHOP HERE!! THIS IS A VERY DECEPTIVE BUSINESS AND THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN.

Do NOT trust this company or the suspiciously generic positive reviews on this platform—they read like fabricated fluff to drown out legitimate customer complaints. My experience with Atelier Oliver was a textbook bait-and-switch operation.
I ordered an "Astrid merino wool brown turtleneck sweater" (Order #AO5181). What arrived was an absolute joke: a cheap, synthetic, maroon garment that looks like bad fast fashion. To make matters worse, the item lacked ALL mandatory textile labels—there was no material composition tag, no country of origin tag, and not even a size label. Selling unlabeled synthetic garments advertised as merino wool violates federal textile labeling laws (15 U.S.C. § 70) and basic state consumer protection acts.
When I formally demanded a prepaid return label and a full refund for non-conforming goods under Virginia UCC law, their "Customer Service" attempted to drag me into a passive-aggressive stalling loop, demanding I act as their quality assurance inspector by taking pictures of the unlabeled rag before they would even consider a return.
I refused to engage in their bad-faith runaround and have already initiated a dispute/chargeback with my credit card issuer for seller fraud, as well as submitting reports to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and the Office of the Virginia Attorney General.
Save your money, time, and sanity. Atelier Oliver sends cheap knockoffs that do not match their listings and relies on stalling tactics to keep your cash. Avoid at all costs.

I tried the overshirt on a normal workday, and it felt nice to wear from the start, it also kept its shape well and didn't need much adjusting.

Do not buy from this store. The quality of the clothing is terrible and customer support is appalling. Do not believe any of the 5 star reviews on here. They are lying.

Bought one large sweater which turned out to fit perfectly with very good quality, will definitely order something again.

Do NOT buy from this website! The pictures and description of the dress I ordered did not match the item I received at all. I received a cheap, shapeless, pajama-looking dress. The pretty embroidery and lace details that I was excited about were simply printed on the dress. It was hideous.

The company was good to respond to my emails, but expected me to pay for return shipping ($40-$50) for an item that they never should have sold in the first place. I am so angry at myself for not looking into this company more before making a purchase. Learn from my mistake and DO NOT BUY from this company.

Atelier Oliver presents itself as a high-end, carefully made brand. The website is polished, the photography is beautiful, and the prices match that image. What actually arrives does not.

My order took 3weeks to show up because it ships from China, which isn't made clear up front for a brand positioning itself this way. When it finally arrived, the quality was a real letdown. Thin fabric, careless construction, and a fit that was off on every single piece. Nothing matched the sizing or the photos.

The easiest way to describe it is Temu with better marketing. The difference is that Temu charges Temu prices. Atelier Oliver charges boutique prices for the same caliber of product.

I would not recommend ordering from them. If you're considering it, save your money and your time.

Bought the Adam Stand Collar Jacket , arrived fast and the quality is well worth the price. Will definitely shop here again as its nearly winter so i need some good quality cheap jackets
