Quick, easy and super friendly
Had an issue with Amazon sending me old stock of a certain shoe I liked, I reached out to black hammer about this and they let me know it was definitely old stock and that if I ordered on their site that it would be correct. They also put on next day delivery for me which was unexpected and super nice of them.

I have been buying black hammer boots…
I have been buying black hammer boots for the last few years,any problems have been resolved quickly and politely. As a bin man I walk a lot of miles and no matter what pair I buy,they work out perfectly for my needs. Highly recommended. Permanent customer here

Great customer service
Well the experience i had was excellent had no problems custom care team were excellent too , I advised them of a minor fault with my purchase possible manufacturing/ quality control error etc and they were very forth coming kindly gave me 2 gifts so im very happy ,and ivwouldcuse them again.

Just got my 1st order and they come up…
Just got my 1st order and they come up small. I ordered a UK 14 and the size says that but also says eu 48 should say eu 49.5 so to tight for my toes I'm crushed in. To bad they don't do a 15 or just say there a uk 13

Hi sorry, these came up small for you. We offer a 45-day return policy and we are currently updating our site to reflect how our shoes are measured. While the majority of customers do find the sizing works for them, we appreciate that not everybody has the same experience.

Shoes are great
Shoes are great, slightly bigger in size but it brings a little more comfort if your on your feet all day, style is decent, did not expect them to be waterproof, nice bonus.
