A fantastic company to deal with. Delivered by a great guy, nothing was too much trouble. Assembled by another superb guy followed by perfect after sales service from Rachel. Pity we don't need another greenhouse, wouldn't hesitate to go to Halls.

I recently purchased a halls greenhouse (halls magnum) and I am very pleased with it in general. My only complaint for the greenhouse itself is that the manual is very poor. We had to de-assemble a couple of times and put things back together again because the manual skipped some vital steps.
more recently I purchased some accessories from the Halls website, I was very disappointed that they did not fit my greenhouse! why on earth do they sell things from their website that does not fit their greenhouses? not impressed!

Got the halls supreme greenhouse, great price and delivered right round the back of the house, superb start.
Put it together as documents show, went very well, looks a great product.

Greenhouse is absolutely perfect and was assembled by two fantastic guys, Colin and Ben who did an amazing job in just under 2 hours! They cleared everything away and explained the autovent function. I'd highly recommend Halls to source your greenhouse and these two guys (via Halls) to assemble it. Already started planting up tomatoes and cucumbers!!

The greenhouse now is build and we like it very much.

Well, we can only sing this company's praises. Living in Orkney, we regularly encounter difficulties with getting larger goods delivered. Many companies won't even send small items as their courier won't touch the Isles. But Halls Greenhouses treated us like normal customers, and gave us a very acceptable quote for delivery. Glass coldframe arrived today in perfect condition. Thanks so much for your excellent customer service.

Har købt et halls magnum 11,5 m2 med poly.
Vejledning/manualen er så dårlig, at det nærmest er umuligt at se hvad der er på billederne, og ikke en eneste tekst til at forklare hvad der sker på billederne… Efter en hurtig søgning på google/youtube kan jeg se jeg langt fra er den eneste der synes dette..
En ting er den er VIRKELIGT i dårlig kvalitet, men den er også fyldt med fejl og mangler, så man er nød til at skrue tingene sammen og fra hinanden flere gange. Herudover er den du får med i kassen og den du kan hente på deres hjemmeside forskellige, men én ting har de til fælles, og det der er fejl i dem begge.
Personen der har udarbejdet manualen, bør finde sig et nyt job, og med fordel et han/hun kan finde ud af…

Excellent service from Halls nothing too much trouble. The help and advice they gave me was invaluable and given in the most friendly manner possible.
I contacted them quite a few times with queries and everytime they responded promptly and efficiently.

I ordered a greenhouse late in the season and it was all delivered intact into my garage.

I’m very happy with the end result, although the instructions were a little hard to follow.

I didn’t put this greenhouse together myself. My landscaper was very happy with the labelled parts and assembled the main frame very quickly.

I did help him put the glass in though. That was very helpfully ordered in the package of glass. We opened it in the right order 😁.

The main problem was getting the rubber seals in. It was very cold here in Bacup and he had to use my hair dryer to get the rubber seals in. Maybe there’s a better way 🤷🏻‍♀️.

My Dads Halls greenhouse is almost as old as me. Mine is very similar in the construction and I hope last another 40 years

Just a brief feedback email. Thanks for the greenhouse! All of the parts and glass arrived intact. The overall package was well prepared with the stages of building listed, packed separately and each piece labelled. The glass was well packed too and I thought particularly good quality for horticultural glass with no sharp edges. No hidden surprises or problems with construction. Outstanding quality and service. Having had several greenhouses over the years, this time we wanted something a little bit more classy and upmarket so went to Halls website and loved the choice. We had our greenhouse delivered for Xmas, that went perfectly. Didn’t open it to put together until Feb, due to bad weather and as my hubby was putting it all together he just kept saying “this is so well made” . He was so impressed with the quality and the instructions and the overall design. It went together perfectly and looks stunning in our 200 yr old cottage garden. We chose a black frame one to be a bit different and it’s gorgeous. The after sales were excellent too. Honestly cannot fault Halls.

The 10' x 6' greenhouse we bought is of excellent quality and value. Each part is both marked with a paper sticker and the aluminium is stamped with the part number.
The instructions are comprehensive, logical and clear.
Coupled with this, the sales process was straightforward and subsequent communication was excellent.

This has got to be one of the best companies I have dealt with. Great greenhouse polite delivery driver and nothing broken.I took my time building this greenhouse and it looks great.When I got to the last pane of glass to go in the door it shattered as I picked it up,"what a bang" I nearly had to change something but I was ok.I rang the company up and explained what had happened and the lady that took my call was fantastic and said she would get on to it and send one out.Well it was at my front door 2 days later and I was one very happy person.There was no ifs buts or you will nead to pay and it was refreshing to have such a nice person on the end off the phone which is unusual now adays.So a big big thank you and keep up the good work you are doing.

Excellent product and easy to assemble! Great that all parts are packaged into different stages of assembly and all individually identified. Great videos on You Tube should you need it. Door seals were not in package but a quick call to Rachel and she is sending them urgently

I've just completed construction of a Halls Popular 6 x 6 with tempered glass. I was very pleased indeed with the quality of the metal and glass parts and how well everything fitted together. Everything was in good condition and in the correct quantities.
The instructions, as noted by others, are minimalist to say the least but there are videos to help. The pdf file on the website is clearer than the printed instructions and sometimes has more detail. Whatever you do, use hot soapy water when applying the rubber seal strip, it changes the job from very tedious and difficult to quite easy! Shame there is no guidance in the instructions so I had to suffer first before asking the wonderful Rachel Marsh who has to be Juliana Group's greatest asset. Her delivery of customer service is prompt, knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful - thanks Rachel!
It is clear that water ingress will occur and this is a design shortcoming. but hey, it's a greenhouse and a bit of water isn't likely to be a problem when growing things.
Overall I would recommend the product and company. It must be born in mind that it is great value compared to most of the competition and I am delighted with my new greenhouse.

The customer service has been first class, we had some difficulties following the instructions and some of the glass was damaged in transit but Rachel was always at hand to sort out any problems we had.

I'm an experienced DIY person and had no problems in putting the greenhouse together despite the poor instructions. The metalwork itself is of good quality but the seals are of very poor design. The glazing rubber was a nightmare to fit and seemed to be mangled in many places making it even harder to fit. The rubber seals around the windows are simply not fit for purpose and result in the windows leaking badly. When it rains, water pours in past the window seals, through the gaps in the base and from above the doors, all of which I will now have to try to fix. In summary, the design of the metalwork is good but the sealing measures for the greenhouse are very poor.

I'm grateful for the reply from Halls. If possible, I will try to get a new set of seals from Halls and then have another go at fitting them, this time using judicious amounts of silicon sealant! At the moment, my wife will end up with water dripping on to her from the windows whenever it rains!

The original mods did not work resulting in the vents continuing to leak badly. Fortunately, Halls Customer Services provided me with a new set of seals and so I took all 4 x vents apart again and replaced the seals having decided on the best way of doing this. It was clear that there was no way the seals would work 100% and so I sealed the windows using silicon sealant in a Belt & Braces approach.

Halls could have designed the vents so that they didn't need to use these rubber seals (as per my old greenhouse) which are both difficult to fit and not 100% effective. Now that the problem has been fixed, I am very pleased with the quality of the greenhouse and have absolutely no regrets in buying it.

I found the sales and customer support team went over what I could have reasonably expected from them. Super post purchase customer service.
