Speedy delivery

Although i did not pay for express delivery it was still delivered next day. I cannot comment on the quality of the hamper as it was a friend of friend from my recommendation of previous hampers.

Did not realise I had to sign for the…

Did not realise I had to sign for the package, which was inconvenient.
Hamper box is slightly damaged with torn joints. Most of the items are a smaller than I expected. Can't comment on quality as recipient has not tried them yet.
Edit- received a very nice response from the company, unfortunately the signing was the fault of the delivery company. Can't put 5 stars at the moment as have not tested the goodies.

Great gift for a good time

It’s the second time I use Hampers to send a beautiful basket with goodies as gifts and they were both very successful. It’s a great gift idea for people that enjoy nice food and drinks.

Hampers are just too small

Hampers are just too small

As some reviews have mentioned, you are getting a smaller box than you think. The website doesnt show the dimensions clearly so you think you're getting a nice big box. The items are also very small. Would i use again, yes, but at least i now know what im getting

I ordered the Joyful Delights hamper as birthday gift for my brother. It was delivered promptly on the day requested and he was very happy with it.
When I placed the order, I forgot to change the delivery address (as my card details defaulted to me) but I contacted Hampers.com straight away with the correct address, and they confirmed that it had been changed.
Excellent service.

Get well soon hamper

i ordered a hamper as a gift it was to be delivered by Evri,I got my time slot and was in however i got a message before the time was up to say Evri couldn't deliver and a picture from a road (not mine) from out of the van window! I emailed Hampers.com and got corresponding with Mohamed,who spoke to Evri and they told him they would deliver the next day -they didn't-anyway mohamed was very nice to deal with answered very quickly and resolved the problem by reissuing another hamper with delivery via DPD-it arrived exactly on time and the hamper is gorgeous, lovely items and beautifully set out. I have used this company before and will definitely use them again their customer support is very very good if needed.

I paid extra to be delivered on the day of my parents wedding anniversary. Received a tracking number and all was delivered in the morning. Parents loved the contents and the basket too! Highly recommend
