I had a problem with my delivery this time, the courier not Hampers fault. Hampers sent me a replacement one out ASAP. Their help and efficiency was much appreciate

Delivered on day before I requested to be delivered and it’s not worth sending these hampers, as it’s too small items not worth the money. You can make own hampers better and post yourself

The hampers were excellent but the courier was not good at all, I order the hamper for my fathers 82nd birthday and it was stated that the item would arrive at 630pm on his birthday but it never arrived… the following day it stated it would arrive at 530pm and never arrived.. then again the next day never arrived.. eventually it arrived the 4th day after it should..
I don’t see my father very often so a gift like this is always special to him.
Very disappointed..

Since finding your web site a number of years ago I have been able to send hampers to my relatives in the U.K. living in Canada makes it expensive to send packages across the Atlantic. Hampers has a wonderful variety of products with prices appropriate to content, For over six years I have welcomed the opportunity to send gifts for birthdays, Christmas etc. Hampers are always well received, on time, and to me a Godsend.. Thank you to all involved and I shall happily continue to use them. Happy customers every time.

The hampers are great. The ordering process? Not so much.
I found no way of ordering hampers for different addresses, and in the end, I had to call them to sort it out. The staff were extremely helpful but the whole process took much longer than it should have.

There was an issue with the initial delivery company, but once contacted, you sorted this out without any further delay witgh a new company.
My parents received their hamper and were delighted.

Great customer service, great correspondence. Had started losing all hope of any company having these attributes still, but Hampers.com they've restored my faith. From now on I will only use them for sending gifts. Hamper food was lovely to, my Dad shared it with his neighbours on New Years Eve, he was the talk of the street with his posh food hamper! He loved it! 😀

Won’t use this company again unfortunately:(
Placed an order to send to a friend as a gift,wasn’t given any tracking info or any updates.
As the days got on I realised I had no updates and couldn’t track the order and was advised it had still not been received.
Contacted customer service and had to keep chasing as was advised id be updated via email or call and never was,in the end we decided to go for a refund.
It seems the couriers and the company don’t communicate as no one could give me an answer. Unfortunately I’ll now have to find somewhere else to get a hamper which is very delayed now.

I ordered the hamper a month ago to arrive to my family on Christmas Eve. The Hamper has never showed up.
The last update I was given was on Christmas Eve, that it would arrive the next working day, and I have had no updates since.
I have Emailed twice and had no response back. Extremely disappointed and I want a full refund.

I ordered a hamper for my daughter and was assured it would be delivered in time for Christmas on the 24th December. However, instead of delivery I got an email saying that it would be delivered after Christmas due to delivery issues. I was horrified to find that this company use Evri for deliveries! It was delivered on the 27th December. They asked me for a review, and have told me it will be reviewed internally! I note my review is not displayed on their website. I’m not at all impressed!

UPDATE:
The merchant has responded to my e-mails and has subsequently resolved my issues.
It was a shame that my initial order didn't go as smoothly as expected, but I am updating this review to acknowledge that the Customer Care team did take ownership of the issue and swiftly put things right, which was appreciated - credit where credit is due!

Ordered 2 hampers on the 20/12 and paid extra for named day delivery on the 23/12.
Received 1 hamper on the 22/12 but the other hamper is still yet to be delivered. Contacted the merchant on the 24/12 asking for an update and was told delivery of the missing hamper would now be made on the 29/12 due to "issues". I was also told that the DPD tracking would be updated to reflect this.
The 29/12 has now passed and unsurprisingly there was no delivery of my missing hamper. DPD tracking never updated to reflect this new date and DPD are stating they haven't received any parcel from the merchant.
