First use and exceedingly positive

Due to restricted road access, hedges, phone lines and a street light, a conventional skip was clearly impossible.
But a quick phone call to check the obstructions mentioned, and street access issues, was followed by a quick safety checklist, and a booking to collect my DIY-store bought bag. The resulting transaction, and details of booking was verified online a few minutes later.
The collection itself was very professional - taking about ten minutes, and inconveniencing no one - and a replacement Megabag arrived by courier only an hour later!
Very highly recommended on basis of competitive cost, courtesy, an impressive quick turnaround, and general impression of professionalism and efficiency.

The skip bag arrived when expected and…

The skip bag arrived when expected and was collected the following day when I booked the collection. I have always used the metal skips before because I thought that the bags wouldn’t hold as much as they stated, but I was wrong and I don’t think I will return to the metal skips again.

I have been really impressed by the service I have received.

Difficult access? Hippo the answer

Due to access, a skip couldn’t be delivered so Hippo was the answer. Easy to order bag by post. Collection efficiently done whilst we were out & within a few days of requesting.

Easy to use and get collected (Midi-bag)

Easy to use (Midi-bag), easy to book collection. Was collected by very friendly driver 3 days after we booked the collection. Will certainly use them again

Customer service isn't great

Customer service isn't great. I ordered bag and collection in the evening then realised we had phone lines in the way. Called for advice next day they helpfully confirmed it wasn't possible but if I emailed photos they would quote for man and van service. I did so confirming I didnt want the bag. Had no response and a bag duly arrived the following day! Im required to send that back at my cost which is fine, its my mistake.
Just order a local skip. Its cheaper and easier.
