Customer service isn't great

Customer service isn't great. I ordered bag and collection in the evening then realised we had phone lines in the way. Called for advice next day they helpfully confirmed it wasn't possible but if I emailed photos they would quote for man and van service. I did so confirming I didnt want the bag. Had no response and a bag duly arrived the following day! Im required to send that back at my cost which is fine, its my mistake.
Just order a local skip. Its cheaper and easier.

Megabag

Megabag, purchased from B&Q. Collection was within 5 days of booking and driver was very nice guy - will use again.

Excellent service from Hippo waste…

Excellent service from Hippo waste purchased a Midibag, filled, booked a pick up and was collected in 3 days! Perfect! The collection man was very polite, he had no trouble parking his vehicle and collecting the bag. It was gone within a couple of minutes. Excellent service. I would definitely use again and thoroughly recommend Hippo waste.

Always good service

Always good service, they collect my bag over a front garden wall, never a problem Always done with care. Always within 5 days.

Hippo bag, excellent service

So easy to use, when the order is placed, it easily arrives the next day, ,the hippo bag is easy to store if you don’t need to use it straight away and when it’s filled you just phone up for collection or go online and you don’t need to be in for when it’s collected. It’s also less expensive than a skip but holds just the same.

100% I would use HIPPO again. Strong sturdy bag supplied and delivered the next day. No fuss ordering a collection. Picked the bag up nice and early 4 days later

Good service & would consider using again

Booked the collection online Sunday afternoon and my hippobag was picked up Wednesday so very happy.
Would have liked to have had an idea of when it was being collected but when I contacted customer services, they were friendly & efficiently told me when.

Excellent service

Excellent service... speedy delivery of bags, long usage time from delivery to collection means I can get jobs done properly at my own pace due to health issues it takes me some time to complete work so a 6months to collection is amazing... if I've had an issue of any type the customer services have been outstanding resolving issues as quickly as humanly possible... the collections process is so simple and you don't even have to be at home for it either... excellent efficient and my only go to place for refuse and quality removal services

Super easy and efficient service Highly recommended

Ordered Mega bag and paid for collection at the same time.
The bag easily held all of the waste soil and rubble from my garden clear up.
Arranging collection was super easy online and within 2 days the bag was collected without fuss I didn’t realise it was happening until later in the day when I noticed the bag wasn’t there any longer.
I would definitely use the service again and would recommend it to others.
