Quick appointment, clean premises, clinicians, nurses reception were all good. Use of kenalog was good as I didn't need to use any eye drops . Results of cataract surgery both eyes were excellent.

This was my second cataract operation…
This was my second cataract operation which went very well. The receptionist and team were polite and welcoming. The same surgeon spoke to me before the operation, so I could give positive feedback on the first cataract operation and process. I am very pleased with both new lens.

Optegra were very helpful.
Optegra were very helpful to me when I first went to see them last year.
The first eye that was done the operation went well but I did have some issues with the healing process. That eye is still not where I thought it should be. So I give it all my attention and keep it clean.
The second eye operation went very well and I had no problems with it at all.
I would recommend this company to anyone needing the surgery I had.

very good but....
Excellent quality experience both clinical and reception and treatment. I had complex cataract procedure on the NHS at their Colindale hospital.
Only problem and it is a severe problem is inability to contact a real person to discuss it change an appointment.
Even my optician found it a real problem to navigate their automated booking process. Optegra need to deal with this as it spoils an otherwise good experience.

A positive experience so far
The appointments came quite quickly. The cataract operations were painless and did not last too long. The staff were efficient and friendly. There is a wait of several weeks before an eye test is possible, which is trying, but I hope to end up with better eyesight. Give it due consideration, but my experience has been positive.

Very efficient service and good…
Cataract operation. Very efficient service and good friendly staff. The only thing that wasn’t made clear was that I could not get new glasses until after my post op 4-6 weeks later, which was inconvenient. Otherwise the information was very thorough. The operation was only 15mins but the waiting time was a couple of hours
