Pick up was booked for 12 PM on 1st August. I got through customs/passport control quicker than expected. I called 1 hour and 30 minutes in advance (requested call time in advance on website is 30 minutes), car still arrived over 15 minutes late.

A tourniquet and bandage which I had kept in the centre console were missing.

A packet of strepsils I had, had been mostly eaten.

The car had been fully serviced less than a month before dropping the car off. The engine oil and coolant were virtually full and in their correct respective tanks. When I dropped the car off 6 days prior, there were no symptoms of anything being wrong with the car.

When I picked the car up there was a warning on the dash that said the engine coolant was low. Upon checking, it turned out that the coolant tank was now flooded with engine oil and the engine empty of oil, indicating either head gasket failure or oil cooler failure. I am annoyed I did not log the mileage when I dropped the car off as I do not believe for a second that my car was only driven to a parking space.

Car suspected to have been driven excessively and harshly, leading to either head gasket failure or oil cooler failure.

Even if it were free, I would still not recommend ParkDock. Take the hit and pay extra for airport long stay parking or another service.

Edit: My car was also driven through an ULEZ, so I've also had to pay for that. The icing on this poison cake.

This is absolute scam website

This is absolute scam website. I had to park in Heathrow and we paid the money and they said to call before arrival. The place they said to come was in front of the hotel crown plaza. It felt fishy, but we went there at the end. They said they're driver would come and pick up our car and move it to a parking lot until we returned to get it. When we were close to the airport, we called, and they said the parking lots are filled and told us to cancel it ourselves. The website clearly stated that if we cancel our reservation 6 hours into the time we reserved for parking, we won't be getting any money back. So I told them I am not going to cancel, instead they should cancel it and reimburse my money back to my account. They said definitely and in 2 days it would go back to my account. But it didn't. I called them 3 days later,and they said "sorry, it was a mistake from our part, I'll deal with it right now" and took my name, car registration details and that was it. I didn't get back any money, nor did I hear back from them again. I again called them after a week, and this time I said if you don't give my money back, i am reporting to the police, they took my bank details and said an email saying that they would return the money within 10 days.

Absolutely scam, and don't fall for this guys!!!

My wife booked meet & greet with parkdock, we were visiting family in Brazil for 3 weeks.
Standard booking online and paid.
No email address or confirmation by email. Instead you receive WhatsApp message.
Before departing to Heathrow from Rotherham we received a mobile phone
call for eta. During our journey I had received another 4 mobile calls all asking the same, eta meet on level 4 etc. On arrival another call, I could see the man speaking to me and waved him over. I was then told I had to pay for the ticket of entry to the airport for him.
We checked baggage in and passport control...duty free. 1 1/2 hours later ghe police rang me, bearing in mind the holiday inn is approx 8 minutes away.
I was told neither the driver or the scam company had insurance for vehicles.
The officer spoke with "jay" who claimed to lease the car park there and he said i could leave the car safely for the duration but I would need to get a taxi On return from holiday to the holiday inn and he would have my keys at reception. We returned and got an uber to the holiday inn. We saw our car and went to reception, the security guard pointed us to the rear of the property to collect keys. I received a call at his point and a young Indian chap gave me my keys. I challenged him regarding the issue with the police, he played dumb. We got home to parking fine from parkmaven for a 4 hour duration which coincided with when yhe police rang us. You cannot contact parkmaven nor can you speak to anyone from the hotel and parkdock say they'll get the fine quashed.

It's a huge organised scam.
Please do not use this scam company.
I have learnt the hard way, I've never encountered this before.
Someone, wheather it's jay or Adam or whoever... are charging £100+ pounds to vulnerable people like me and sending immigrants with no insurance or license with car registrations and phone numbers to collect cars, probably give them £10 a pick up.....

Cheap parking, car returned as expected

The driver met us in the airport parking to collect the car when we left for holiday, and when we returned he brought it back to the airport in exact condition I'd expect. Both times it was half an hour between calling them and driver arrival - as advertised. So good service if you just need to park your car for cheap at the airport.

Great service for the price, however not 5 stars since they could have been more professional. When we called the night before the flight to confirm drop off location they weren't sure if it would be an official airport drop off with a shuttle or an airport drop off. The driver who returned our car was friendly and all, but he struggled to park a very small car. Not a big deal - he got it after a few goes - but it doesn't look great for a company whose entire job is to park cars.

Note that you will either hand over the car at airport short stay (£7.50 car park fee applies) or at their off-site car park and take a shuttle (£6.50 Heathrow drop off fee applies). This depends if they have more customers than drivers on the particular day

Great parking

Great parking – fast, convenient, and reliable!
I was very pleased with the service. The parking is truly reliable, and everything is well organized. I left my car without any worries – it's clear that safety is a top priority.

Check-in was very quick, and a shuttle bus to the terminal arrived almost immediately. Buses run regularly both to and from the terminals, so there was virtually no waiting. Everything is well thought out.

The whole process was stress-free – I simply parked the car, got on the shuttle, and flew off with peace of mind, knowing the car would be safe: no scratches, no one driving it around, nothing to worry about.

Highly recommended for anyone who values reliability and peace of mind before a flight!!

Beware this is a scam company

Beware this is a scam company, they will steal your money.

They cancelled my booking and said I would receive a refund, a month later i still have not received my refund! I raised a dispute with the bank and have logged a report with the police.

Edit - it’s is NOT the banks job to do a charge back! It is YOUR job as a service provider to refund money when you cancel and booking and don’t provide said service! You are scammers and have been reported to the police

You cancelled my booked and said you would refund me but you didn’t have have ignored all my correspondence

Car left on side street not secure hotel parking!

**UPDATED - AFTER READING OTHER REVIEWS CHECKED CAR GPS TO FIND CAR HAD BEEN PARKED ON RESIDENTIAL STREET IN WEST DRAYTON NOT AT SECURE HOTEL PARKING!**

Very poor. Parkdock informed me as I was driving to drop off my car that the shuttle was not running and rather than parking off site I would need to go to "terminal 2, level 4". They were unable to give other directions and this added 25 minutes to my arrival time.
Further I was made to pay the short stay parking charge on arrival (more expensive than the shuttle which the small print after you book tells you will be £6).
The team wear no uniform, hi-vis or lanyards which makes you feel even more nervous handing your keys over to a stranger who just asked you to park in a different location to your booking.
On return I called ParkDock to arrange collection of my car/ meet the shuttle. They have more work that they can cope with so told me it will be at least 45 minutes - and I will have to pay for a forget short stay parking ticket as shuttle not in use again.

Avoid this company

Extremely rude customer service.

Asked for a refund and cancellation as I saw these reviews. Would not trust this service with my car! He said he would give a refund and kept delaying it and making excuses. When I asked for his name he said no and he always would call me on no caller. He lied many times. Had to contact my bank and the police to sort this out.

They are flooding their page with fake 5-star reviews to bury the bad ones. Compare the timing and details, it’s obvious. Real customers are still being scammed. Avoid.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE !!!!

I recently booked a “meet and greet” airport parking service with Parkdock and, unfortunately, the experience fell far short of what was advertised.

Despite following instructions to call ahead, I received multiple calls during my journey asking for my estimated arrival time—adding unnecessary stress. I was then asked to divert to an alternative drop-off location mid-drive, which was particularly difficult to navigate on unfamiliar roads.

The parking site itself was a run-down, disused hotel car park with no basic facilities (e.g., toilets) and an overall shabby appearance. I was left waiting approximately 35 minutes before being transferred to the airport in a poorly maintained shuttle bus.

On my return, the confusion continued. Although I followed the stated procedure on the website, the staff seemed unaware of my booking. I was asked multiple questions that should have already been on record, especially since the reservation had been made in advance and my car had been in their possession for over two weeks.

I landed at 7:15 PM and called the company at 8:00 PM, as instructed, once I had collected my baggage. I expected the shuttle to be waiting—as implied by the service description. Instead, there was no meet-and-greet. My own car was eventually delivered to Heathrow short stay car park Level 4 at 8:50 PM—over 45 minutes later.

Upon return, the driver handed over my keys and told me I needed to pay for the car park. I refused, as I had already paid £12 for the round-trip shuttle—misleading, considering the website listed it as £5 each way. The driver claimed he couldn’t cover the cost as he didn’t have enough cash. He gave me £5 and said the remaining amount would be refunded. Only after repeated questioning was it disclosed that the fee was £7.50. I was then asked to provide my bank details out loud in the car park to someone on loudspeaker—apparently the “accountant,” with a screaming baby in the background. This was highly unprofessional, insecure, and made me very uncomfortable.

No apology was given for the delay or disorganised service. When I asked whether this was standard practice, I was told the shuttle was out of service and they were short-staffed. I also asked about vehicle insurance and was assured they were “100% insured”—I will be following up on this and requesting written proof.

In summary, the entire operation felt disorganised, unprofessional, and lacking even the most basic customer service and security protocols. The website paints a polished and reliable image, but the reality was anything but. I cannot recommend this service—it’s simply not worth the stress, the cost, or the risk.

Of particular concern is the lack of ID verification at both vehicle drop-off and collection. At no point was I asked to confirm my identity, provide a booking reference, or show any form of documentation before handing over or receiving my car. This represents a serious security oversight that could result in vehicles being stolen or handed over to the wrong person.

Additionally, the request to provide bank details aloud in a public car park via loudspeaker—supposedly to a remote “accountant”—raises significant concerns about data protection practices and handling of customer information. This could potentially breach UK GDPR standards.

The discrepancy between what is advertised on the website and what is actually provided may also constitute misrepresentation under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. There was no true “meet and greet” service, the advertised costs were inaccurate, and the vehicle handover process lacked even the most basic professional standards.

I will be raising this complaint formally and would advise others to proceed with caution. Services involving the collection and return of private vehicles require a far higher level of security, transparency, and accountability than what was provided here.

Timely Polite Kind & Efficient...

Have parked with Parkdock on many occasions... My experiences have always been positive. Very polite friendly service. Good communication. Simply phoned after going through Passport Control and my car was ready in Meet & Greet .... Will definitely use these guys again
