I got individualized help with Quality Bath. I needed a front door handle that was one color on the outside, but different for inside. I didn't see this option online, but I told them about it and they were able to accommodate me. When one piece of my assembly failed, they handled the warranty claim for me with the manufacturer directly - I didn't have to contact them. The new part has already arrived. I would definitely purchase with them again.

My experience with Quality Bath became special when I noticed that one of the levers was missing a part; so during a subsequent purchase of a lever I added a note requesting the missing part. Adina received my note, requested the missing part from the supplier, and sent a message (and follow-up messages) telling me that she had taken care of the issue. I really appreciated her attention, help and follow-up!
