Quality Bath Avis 

Quality Bath had the 2 commercial bathroom sinks I was looking for. The website includes the ability to ask a question and I asked about availability and shipping. Akiva responded to my email request about delivery in 15 minutes and the sinks will ship within a week.
Thanks to this incredible service, we will be able to meet our construction schedule.

Akiva has been the best customer service. We have worked with him for years. He has made all of our purchases incredibly easy. We are very fortunate to have a one stop shop for all bathroom needs and have the best connection there with Akiva.

Had an issue with my order, they sent the wrong washlet, they were quick to respond and acknowledge the issue, but more importantly they were quick to ship the right one, and made returning the wrong one simple.

I called a month ago looked for a part from Rohl. While not available at the time, Quality Bath kept up the dialogue with Rohl and was able to get the part for me.

I ordered a linear drain and we were on a tight timeframe. Quality Bath did an amazing job getting the drain on time, unfortunately it was damaged. I called right away and Quality Bath made the process for a return and refund painless. I was so disappointed that I couldn't use the drain but it wasn't their fault it was damaged and they took care of the return without problems.

As a repeat customer, I’ve come to expect better from Quality Bath. Unfortunately, my recent experience was very disappointing. I attempted to cancel my order before it shipped, but was told it wasn’t possible — which is hard to understand given that it hadn’t even left the warehouse.

To make matters worse, I was charged shipping on an order under $99 (a policy that feels outdated compared to most modern retailers), and when I returned the item — without even opening the shipping box — I had to pay for return shipping as well.

This level of customer service simply doesn’t hold up in today’s competitive market. Companies like Wayfair offer much more flexibility and customer-focused policies. Sadly, after this experience, I’ll be reconsidering future purchases from Quality Bath.

Check out was very easy. I called to see if my item was able to be delivered earlier, the company was so great and assured it was!

Quality Bath exceeded my expectations. I used the chat tool when I placed my door handle replacement order & the rep was very knowledgeable and helpful. The product was competitively priced & arrived quickly. I had an issue with the bolt size. When I reached out to customer service, Adina immediately helped me and was professional and outstanding throughout the process. The replacement part arrived fast & Adina provided outstanding communication & updates at all points. It was a great experience!

Exceptional service. Unfortunately I needed to exchange an item and Lea was incredibly responsive and helpful. From placing my order with Jack and any follow up questions I had, even over a holiday, the service was exceptional. Highly recommend!

I had an issue with the finish on a couple of the new pieces for my bathroom remodel and Chaya was very helpful and quick to respond to my concerns. I'm a little disappointed with the manufacturer of the parts but Quality Bath and Chaya have been a pleasure to deal with.

The customer service representative, Adina, was very helpful in assisting me in returning a damaged item and reordering a new one. He kept me updated on when the new item would arrive, provided carrier and tracking information. He was very knowledgeable about the companies policies and product
information.

I had to return a kitchen faucet that I had purchased from Quality Bath back in November for a kitchen renovation that started in January. Unfortunately, the faucet would not work with our layout. The Quality Bath representative, Adina, was very helpful with the return and I received my refund quickly. I highly recommend Quality Bath, especially their customer service.

I would like to thank Quality Bath, especially Lea, for their outstanding commitment to customer service. My kitchen sink warranty was a few months past the warranty date, and they could have told me “tough luck” and been done with it. Instead, they made an attempt for replacement with the manufacturer, and when they wouldn’t help, Lea and QB were able to offer me a replacement at a very fair price! I am one very happy customer and will look forward to doing business with them in the future.

Insanely quick response and super helpful. I’ve dealt with Ruthie a couple times now, A+ every time. My family has a Grohe Blue Water system along with filters for our refrigerator and insta hot. Previously bought on Amazon. Now we are 100% off Amazon, we will be with quality bath going forward.

From the start, Lea reassured me that she would help resolve our issue of a defective pot filler. She clearly explained the steps we needed to do to communicate it with the manufacturer and followed through the same day. A replacement is being sent. We are very happy with the service she provided.
