I have bought the tommee tippee single breast pump and the flange is too big. I reached out and with great response time, a lovely lady named Debbie assisted me on our to measure for the correct fit and has sent out inserts for free. Amazing experience!

Great customer service
I have the Tommee Tipper Made for you electric breast pump and I needed new parts for it.
I spoke to a lady named Jenna in regards to this, she was absolutely lovely to talk to. She assisted me to get the replacement parts I needed and made me feel like I was a valued customer.

I messaged Tommee Tippee Facebook page to make aware that I followed all instructions on the box to self sterilise the bottles and it did not work out. JADE was AMAZING with communication she was fast, kind and very helpful I explained my situation and she had all ears and even gave me FREE bottles that I was not expecting at all. My Tommee Tippee Dreammaker Sleep Aid is not working properly, Sophie tried her best to help and troubleshoot and finally sending me a new replacement! I am beyond greatful. absolutely incredible service
my cat chewed a hole in the air hose of my electric breast pump, i messaged tommee tippee asking if they sold parts as i couldn’t find them and Jenna replied saying she has sent me two. Absolutely incredible service im so greatful i will certainly recommend anyone to get a tommee tipped pump not only because it works great but cause the company has the best service around.

The product is great but the shipping…
The product is great but the shipping was terrible. I order online so I don't have to spend time driving to get something. Despite telling the shipper to leave it on the porch, it was taken back to a post office that is 25 minutes away (there are at least three closer post offices). So I wasted nearly an hour in the car.

Gives incorrect amount of water
This item is inconsistent with how much water it gives. We tested it 5 times in a row with a measuring cup after noticing it was giving 25ml less water each time. It has never given anywhere close to enough water. Usually between 20ml and 25ml less than the selected amount. Very disappointed as this is dangerous to the child and apparently can cause seizures
