Mattress last 3 nights AVOID!!!
Unfortunately I have to correct my review. 3 days in to having the bed installed and I notice the mattress change shape. It has a specific area that is hollow. Contacted straight away (day4) and they sent someone who lay on it,shoes and all for 5 seconds and then blatantly lied that mattress as no fault. They then offer to collect for refund but would charge for collection and charge for mattress.
YES, they would collect mattress but still charge me for it because I slept on it. This alone makes me believe that this mattress is a return , only put a new cover and off to the next person ME!
Now with the Furniture Ombudsman to solve the return.
Imagine being disabled, buy an item to support you only to be scammed and then have to go through the stress of try and fix it with a third party
AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

Great experience
Alex was on time and very friendly and easy to talk to. He made the whole experience easy and understandable. I was going to have another company come and demonstrate their bed, but was so impressed with Alex and the product, I cancelled the other firm and confirmed my order with Alex. He also fixed my printer whilst he was here. Can’t praise him enough.

Lee was very patient and understanding of my needs in relation to the use of an adjustable bed. Having the bed to try out and adjust accordingly to enable me to get in/out of bed was very useful in helping us to make a decision of the type of bed/mechanism. For me it was more about the mechanism and being able to get in/out of the bed than the aesthetics. We were left having been given a quote verbally and by email with no pressures other than the thought of when the sale (discounts) were coming to an end.

Ian and Matt arrived exactly when they said they would.
Engineers arrived exactly when they said they would. They were polite, informative and worked together as an efficient team.
The old bed was dismantled and removed, carpet hoovered and new bed assembled quickly. Being a repeat customer, it was good to see that both the service element and product quality had been maintained. Extremely satisfied customer.

Fabulous bed.
Investing in one of these beds was one of the best decisions we have made. Having suffered from acid reflux for years, causing disturbed sleep and even pain I was becoming desperate. Taking prescribed omeprazole was no real help. I now sleep with the back raised and the legs raised also. After just a few days I realised I had no reflux, even stopped the omeprazole and still have no reflux. I never have a bad night any more and simply love my bed. The comfort level is superb and it has the bonus of looking very beautiful. Love it.
