Outstanding Service and Quality from Start to Finish!
My husband and I recently bought an adjustable bed from The Adjustable Bed Factory, and we couldn’t be happier with both the product and the service. From our first phone call to book an appointment right through to delivery day, we received exceptional communication and care every step of the way.
John Myers and his manager visited our home to demonstrate the bed and take our order. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly — John even measured the room to ensure the bed would fit perfectly.
Although we were told to expect delivery in two to three weeks, we were delighted to be contacted after just ten days to say our bed was ready. On delivery day, Lawrence and Mark R. arrived promptly, worked efficiently, and showed great professionalism while removing our old bed and installing the new one. Lawrence also gave us a clear demonstration once it was set up.
The bed itself is stylish, comfortable, and beautifully made. We have no hesitation in recommending The Adjustable Bed Factory for their five-star service and top-quality adjustable beds!

The men arrived on time were very polite and helpful.
They removed the existing bed and installed the new one took away all the packaging and even hoovered the carpet for me.

Adjustable bed delivery
No problem with the guys who delivered and installed our adjustable bed they were very good. However the cot side had been missed off the order which is very important to us as my wife has dementia and is prone to falling out of bed. The delivery guys did phone their office to report the problem.

First class service !
I ordered two beds earlier today after our home demonstration, which was hastily arranged only two days after our phone call on Friday. We were surprised that a Sunday morning appointment was possible. Our
overall experience has been very pleasant, thanks to polite and professional call handlers, and the demo itself was carried out by a friendly Yorkshireman called Gary Metcalf. He dealt with us in a respectful manner, listened to our requirements and made suggestions which were appropriate to our needs. We were even able to fast track the bed my wife chose, which she required more urgently due to her recent decline in mobility. Overall, this company has been very easy and enjoyable to deal with. I intend to review the beds themselves at a later date, after we have taken delivery.

The whole service has been excellent…
The whole service has been excellent from the initial visit from the Consultant who was knowledgeable and informative. He did a good demonstration of the bed in my own home.
The order took about 4/5 weeks but I had a small delay because I changed the mattress that I wanted and this had to be ordered in.
The delivery and bed fitters Simon L and Lawrence were excellent again professional and gave a good demonstration of how the bed worked. They took my old bed/mattress away and took all packaging away. The staff in the office were also friendly, helpful and efficient.
