Best decision I made
The bed we ordered was ready much earlier than we thought, we asked if they could store it for a few weeks and that was agreed with no problem, when we were ready for the bed the lady I spoke to was so nice, polite and friendly, think her name was Lisa? She sorted out delivery that was great, we didn't have to wait too long.
The boys who delivered the bed were also great Ian & Dean, polite, friendly very efficient, demonstrated the bed easily, answered any questions we had. Just before they left we realised the bed was on legs and not castors as we had asked for, for ease of moment. They changed these without any problems, took all the packaging away.
The bed itself is taking a little while to get used to as it is my first adjustable bed, getting used to the moving parts for your body takes a while to adjust to, I have now had the bed 4 days and last night I slept for seven & a half hours!! Only getting up once which was great, I think I have cracked where I need the mattress to be for my dodgy hip!!
I'm over the moon with everything. Thank you 😊

I was impressed by the delivery and installation of the bed
I was impressed by the delivery and installation of our new bed that Martin and Stuart did. They were on time, very polite and advised me of the process before they started. They removed all the packaging as they went along. Worked carefully and speedily and on completion we were taken through how the automation on the bed worked. They answered all our questions.

Thebed was ready for delivery in two weeks
Thebed was ready for delivery in two and a half weeks and delivered and assembled by two very competent caring men, who respected my property. Stuart and Martin were very well presented, polite and helpfuI and it was a pleasure to have them working in my home. Once assembled and put into place I was given another demonstration on how the bed functioned.
However, the foam mattress was delivered instead of the pocket spring mattress I ordered. This was recorded on the iPad and I’m expecting the company to contact me to put it right. It was not the fault of the delivery men to my knowledge.

Problem bed solver.
Had our double bed delivered yesterday (Friday). One problem the warehouse gave the engineer (Andrew No,37) the wrong mechanisms and matteress's. So Amdrew phoned the office and sorted it so he could come back with the correct ones this morning. Andrew yesterday asked if it would be ok to be at ours about 0800hrs and we agreed. Andrew was absolutely brilliant fitted the mechanism's and matteress's went through the instructions with us showing us it all in operation. What a Gent coming out to us on his day off and saying no way would he leave us like it over the Bank Holiday as we can Totally appreciate. ONE VERY NICE GENTLEMAN AND ENGINEER. CAN NOT THANK HIM ENOUGH.WE PERSONALLY GIVE HIM 20 OUT OF 10.
