Noisy mattress on…
Can anyone tell me if the mattress on the adjustable beds should make a noise where the springs sound like zebedee. This has nothing to do with the adjustable bed company the question is a general one.
Having taken delivery of my bed in November 2024 I am already on my second mattress which is giving us the same problem. I would appreciate anyone's comments before my warranty expires as having spent a lot of money i cannot believe this is correct B Taylor

We recommend identifying the source of the noise and just confirm it is the mattress, instead of the bed. We recommend tightening any loose screws and lubricating and moving parts, to prevent the coils from rubbing together.
We would also recommend calling the original manufacturer and seeing if they can send out a specialist to double check where the issue is coming from.

Excellent service from the company all round
Excellent service from the company in arranging for a (very helpful) demonstration of their beds' mechanism and explanation of their bed range. Also, very efficiently progressing the sale and arranging for the bed's construction and delivery. Ian and Dean were very efficient in dismantling and taking away my old bed and installing the new. I appreciated their very helpful explanation of the bed's features and of their clearing up after their work. They seemed proud of the product and with good reason - it is well designed and constructed.

Ajustable bed
My new ajustable bed, replacing the old one. Ian & Dean, were great in removing and replacing with the new bed. All went smoothly respectfully and to vacoom as well. Greatful thanks to them both, all done within an hour, good and afficant service.
