The dimensions of the fridge were incorrect - it did not take into account the protruding handle so did not fit into the kitchen unit. I had to remove the handle, purchase a small handle that could be screwed into the door and allow full closure of the housing door. A lot of hassle!

We bought a new washing machine.
Carters delivered it, plumbing it in and took away the old bad lousy one that hadn't lasted! (I bought elsewhere) They did it all charmingly and in a trice,
I will be buying all my appliances from Carter's in the future- the lady I placed the order with was incredibly helpful with good advice and friendly- It is a treat to deal with such nice decent people.

Second time this year needed to contact Carters as washing machine on last legs. (Earlier this year was the dryer). Replacement made quickly and efficiently as usual.

Our cooker arrived just after 9am we we're booked in for the gas safe engineer to arrive later, I phoned to let him know within minutes it was here and left a message. I had to call again to see what time he was coming to be told he was having a bad day but would be here soon. He didn't come or phone I rang again to ask what time the next morning and he arrived late but I'm pleased with the new cooker

I thought Carters were most efficient. My fridge/freezer came on the correct day and the one who fitted it was excellent

I ordered a washer dryer for one of my tenants, the one ordered didn't turn up and when I called to find out what was going on I was told it was a manufacturer issue and they weren't making any of that particular machine at that time. To solve it I was sent a machine that was a different brand, slightly more expensive, at no extra charge and was delivered and fitted I think the next day. Happy bunnies!
