Great firm to deal with. Kept us updated about the accessories we wanted on our motorhome. James was excellent to deal with, and the van cleaning lady made a lovely job of the van and makes a great cup of tea.
Managed a few days out before we were advised to stay in enough to make us realise this van is an excellent downsize.

Overall I was very impressed with them & very pleased with my purchase of a campervan.

We recently bought a camper van from this company, trading in our caravan as part of the deal. On collection, our new-to-us van had been checked over, serviced, worn out parts replaced without us having to ask and was spotlessly clean.
We were treated to a comprehensive handover in which everything was explained with care and patience by James. Two items we had asked for were not available on collection but James promised that he would have them sent out to us as soon as they were available.
James and Tom provide a knowledgeable, friendly and efficient service without being at all pushy. Nothing was too much trouble and we left feeling very happy with our purchase and also the experience of buying from John Charles Motorhomes. Highly recommended.

I have recently purchased a T4 Autosleeper camper van from John Charles Caravans.

I found James approachable, knowledgeable, and his prices were very fair. I also felt there would be support as the camper van came with an RAC warranty.

I part exchanged my Landrover Defender for this and feel over the moon with my new to my camper van.

The sale took place very efficiently and I was made to feel very welcome.

Afterwards as with purchasing many older vehicles there were a few issues. Every single one was dealt with without quibble and amazingly quickly. I can’t ever remember receiving better after sales service any where else.

I would feel extremely confident using John Charles Caravans again should I want to swap this camper van for another.

Having dealt with John Charles Caravans on more than one occasion, I can honestly say that their customer service and general ethos is second to none. James is knowledgable, honest and always goes the extra mile - qualities that are seldom seen in today's market. I'd thoroughly recommend them to anyone in the market for a caravan or motorhome.

We bought a used motorhome from John Charles two weeks ago. James the sales manager has been first class! Affable, not at all pushy and a real subject matter expert he was very helpful for us 'first timers'. Since our purchase nothing has been too much trouble in terms of further advice and some minor tweaks needed. Fabulous service, highly recommended.

After buying a campervan from John Charles we had minor teething problems early on, we contacted James the salesman who sorted out all the problems straight away with no quibbles. We found them very helpful and understanding.

After my visit in May John Charles Motorhomes Lancashire on 10th August I received a reply to my comment regarding my treatment by staff member. His inaccurate statement of what actually occurred is in my view a carefully worded fabrication. Having waited for 45 minutes to be seen we left. The truth was there were a couple who were being attended by him and no others on site. I am pleased to say that we purchased a similar motorhome from Nick Whale motorhomes, Evesham a later model at a lesser price with superb sales staff and handover procedure. I would recommend the latter company but thank you for your tardy reply
