Typical scam
Typical scam. I specifically asked my dentist for the exact documentation they needed, uploaded it and sent it via their website. Their web page does not give you a receipt confirmation or reference number so I wasn't sure if they had even received it. Anyway they wrote back rejecting my claim on the false premise that I had only provided a treatment plan. This is clearly untrue because I don't even have a treatment plan. I was only claiming for a regular dental check-up but they are using every trick to block it. I hope I never fall seriously ill and have to make a large claim in the future.

Typical service, all the usual promises but actually getting anything paid is never easy, always looking at the small print to somehow decline a claim.

I got an immediate response to my claim, and within days had the payment for my dental work.
I didn't need to make phone contact this time, but in the past all staff have been friendly, knowledgable and professional

They are always helpful if I do need to…
They are always helpful if I do need to ring, but most of the time I do my claim online.
And a few days later after submitting my claim it is paid in to my bank account.

Good Company.
The company is easy to deal with and my on line account makes it easier. They let you know when you’ve up loaded the receipt if it’s ok. I’ve been with Medicash for years now and think it is a good firm to be with. You can be covered for as little or as much as you like. As they have different levels of cover.

Straight forward to make a claim and normally paid back into your bank within a week.
Great options for what you can claim money back on , optical, dental, massages and osteopath. Very worth while .
